On April 12, 2018, I met with a representative from *********************** at his office in ******* Oaks, **********. This company claims it was a timeshare exit group, and helps clients who purchased a timeshare get out of their contract. Timeshare ************* guarantees exit/cancellation from the timeshare within 24 months, or your full money back. I paid a total of $5,000, with a down payment of $1,400 on April 12, 2018, and monthly payments of $300 for 12 months. This was with a military discount. For three years I have had no resolution from Timeshare *************. Through bank statements, after trying to get my money back, I learned that the money debited from my account was from Freedom Consumer Services, not Timeshare *************. They both have the same phone number, which does not work any more. Both companies are fraudulent and are continuing to scam people for their money. Since I used a debit card, and not my checking account and routing number, it is harder to dispute the charges, but my bank is working with me because of the multiple complaints that Timeshare ************* has received on Better Business Bureau. Freedom Consumer Services needs to be under investigation as well, and held accountable for taking people's money. All payments were through the time period of April 12, 2018 to April 15, 2019.
