      Date of transaction 10/28/2022 Titan Exit Group promised to cancel my TimeShare with ******* .Paid ***** using **************** that was transacted by another company called ************************* Services Company.Titan Exit Group then transferred the case to MTE Strategy which is supposed to handle the legal aspects of the case for them.In after a whole year of no results, got an email from MTE Strategy of Sessation of Services . I find this scheme very disturbing and fraudulent in nature.

      In November 2022, my wife and I reached out to Titan Exit Group. Titan Exit Group guaranteed to cancel a Timeshare account with Worldmark by *******. They fraudulently reached out to a third party company ************************** Services) and opened a loan for the amount of $7,500 using fraudulent signatures. This money was to be paid to the lawyer firm MTE Strategy through Titan Exit Group, but MTE was never paid. Once the money was sent to them (Titan), they disappeared and were never heard from again. Titan never helped or resolved our termination of the Timeshare contract. Titan Exit Group is a fraud.

      In September 2022, I contacted Titan Exit Group to help me exit out of my timeshare. They had me sign a contract for $6,995.00 with ************************* Services, which I paid in February 2023. In return, Titan Exit Group would pay MTE strategy to assist me with canceling my timeshare. In May 2023, MTE strategy contacted me saying that Titan Exit Group never paid them and they will be closing my case due to lack of payment. I contacted ************************* Services and they said they paid Titan Exit Group the money that they were owed. I attempted to contact Titan Exit Group through different phone numbers and emails but it seems like they cannot be contacted and dont exist anymore. Titan Exit Group took my money and disappeared without even attempting to help me at all.

      I was attempting to locate a business to get me out of my timeshare. I specifically looked on the BBB, to get a BBB accredited business, and found Titan Exit Group. This was in September or October 2022. I was charged $9000 (for which I had to get a loan-they offered a place) and was connected w/another company, with lawyers, MTE Strategy. MTE Strategy has been periodically providing me with updates, and 2 weeks ago, I received both an email and a letter from MTE Strategy that they would no longer be able to work on my case, as they had received NO payment from Titan Exit Group. When I tried to reach out to Titan Exit Group, the number just cuts off. It appears disconnected. I did have an email address specific to the person at TIG that I spoke to, and it was returned as undeliverable. MTE says that they can continue to work for me, but I would have to pay them. I have already paid TIG and quite honestly, can't afford to pay AGAIN. I am hoping that you can help with some type of resolution. Of course, I also saw the difference in price, TIG charged me $9000 and MTE told me they were owed $4995.

      Titan Exit Group is supposed to be handling my Westgate Timeshare and I paid them $5000 to help cancel my timeshare and the number I have for the company and the person who was helping me is no longer a working number. I want my money back because the ** tract states that if they are unable to have my timeshare canceled they would refund my money. But again there is no one to talk to because the numbers no longer work.

      Took my $6995 on 5/4/22 and never contacted me until I called them this month. They then accused ME of breach of contract and told me I would be hearing from their lawyers.

      Spoke to client yesterday - 07/07/22, as he just received documents in the mail since clients email isnt working and client stated he will get it all completed by Monday - 07-11-22.
      Client had previously misunderstood the conversation, and when we said client would hear from the attorney, it wasnt in a litigious way. It was in sense that the attorney working on their case would be reaching out to them since client wasnt receiving all the emails being sent to them to get the process started. Client is currently content and undergoing the process required for us fulfill our services.
