I returned order ALY-****** and was told that item are "in a unresellable condition (strong perfume smell and pet hair.)" This statement is false! I do not wear perfume nor do I have a dog. Additionally, I only tired on the items. I reached out to the company to refund my money but they are refusing. The want to send me back the items and I have refused due to the clothes not being worn.I want a full refund of the items totaling $127.87Initial Complaint

I purchased five pairs of pants from this company through their website on 28 January 2023. I returned four pairs, all in the same box, for a refund. I was given a refund for only three pairs, as the company stated that they never received four pairs. I have no doubt that I included all four pairs in the returned box, yet a company representative is stating that their returns department has no record of the fourth pair. I did not take a photo of the box before sending to prove that four pairs were in because I didn't think I had to and I have never had this problem from other online vendors, so of course the company can claim they never received one or two or any of the return if they choose. Their error, if not willful neglect in processing my return has resulted in a loss for me of $75.79 and I would very much appreciate your assistance in getting my money back, and ensuring that this company does not defraud others of their money as well. I have disputed this with them via email. The resolution I am seeking is a refund for the pair of pants I returned in the amount of $75.79. I have uploaded an image of the four pairs of pants I returned, where only three show that the return was processed. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I attempted to cancel an online order 5 minutes after I placed it but representative told me they are unable to cancel orders and instructed me to return to sender once it comes. I missed the delivery so I called Alloy again and was instructed to take the unopened package to the carrier and let them know I want to return to sender. So I did, and sometime after I dropped ot off, the package got lost. After NUMEROUS phone call to Alloy, I was instructed to call the carrier to try to locate the package. The carrier could not find the package and instructed me to tell Alloy to file a claim for the missing package. Alloy refused to file a claim and told me I would have to be the one to file the claim because it is my package that is missing. So I called the carrier to file a claim and was told again no, Alloy needs to file the claim. Alloy refused to file a claim and told me to contact my credit card company to file a dispute for the charge so I did. My credit card company denied my despite so I contacted Alloy and was told because I contacted my credit card company (which Alloy told me to do), its out of their [Alloy] hands. I just want a refund of $208.81 for the returned order.Initial Complaint

This merchant has not issued the refund owed for returned goods they confirmed to have received 11/9/22 via email. It was due within ***** business days according to their email.They furthermore deleted my account so that I can't access my order history when I let them know I would file a complaint with BBB (my Alloy account was where I officially processed the return.)The apparel was returned within their window, within one day of when it was delivered to me, tags in tact and carefully packaged. I simply want to have my refund issued. I have tracking information and email correspondence from the business and no explanation as to why the refund has not been issued.Initial Complaint

Being a long time customer of *********************************************, I have a serious issue of their latest businesses conduct where there are not honoring advertised price. I spent hours gathering, shopping and selecting these items today 11/25/22. Since, I am a long lady, most of my items came from Alloy Apparel. I would like them to take accountability for their bad advertising and honor the price that was advertised, booked and confirmed. I set an alarm to wake up and get my items for black friday shopping. I completed this order morning at 8:30am with a total of $515.24. Somehow, several hours later after I received my order confirmation, Alloy cancelled my order. I called and emailed searching for answers to what they advised as a system glitch on pricing. It is unfair and unacceptable to just cancel it after I placed a contract with you, I submitted payment and then the order was successfully confirmed several hours ago. I called and spoke to a ******* in the call center and she told me it was their fault and that they are now out of some items and my total should be higher. She hung up before telling me any new total and there has been a delay in response vis email leading me to believe they are not trying to address this issue. Please reinstate the order accordingly as it is unacceptable to break the confirmed contract I had this company. Please do the right thing and honor the advertised, accepted and confirmed prices from my order.Initial Complaint

Clothing was purchased from Alloy Apparel online. The clothes did not fit and was returned by United ********************* using the bar coded return provided by the company. The product was dropped off at the post office and the company confirmed by email that they received the return. Several weeks later the company is claiming that they did not receive product and will not issue a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased from Alloy on August 6th. It took for me to call before my order was even shipped. Upon arrival, 1 of the four items i purchased fit. I sent back the three items 15 Business days ago with no avail. I would like my refund. They have the clothes and my money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/30/21 from Alloy Apparel Order Number ALY-*****. I reached out to them on Jan 11th because I had not received my package and ***** had told me at that point they had considered it lost. Alloy had indicated they needed to wait (14) business days in order to file a claim with *****. Being ***** had told me the package was lost I filed a claim with my bank. They refunded the money while investigating the claim. I ended up receiving the items several days later, contacted my bank to let them know then returned the items to Alloy which were delivered on 1/24. I followed up on a refund and was told it could take up to 75 days to complete. The money from my bank was returned to them on 3/4/22. I have reached out on several occasions and keep getting the same response of "it can take up to 75 days". I am beyond disappointed with their customer service and want my money returned that I am owed. I have attached a copy of the claim from our bank which shows the money was issued to Alloy.
