*** from C&K Capital refuses to disclose the process in which it takes to be approved before requesting a company's most sensitive and private information. He lies and misleads customers in order to obtain this information.I asked: " what are the requirements in order to be "approved"?***: The process is very simple and quick to issue an approval. We will look at the last 3 months of your business bank statements to generate an approval. I just need to see a minimum of $5,000 per month in deposit volume. Customer: Ok great, if that's the only requirement I should be approved very quickly.Haven't heard back from *** since he obtained my information. Please crack down on bad companies doing bad business and lying to customers in order to obtain personal and private information to store and sell.

We contacted C&K Capital expecting to be turned down for a small business loan or have to pay a large interest rate for our amount requested. This company is a total scam, they can get you money but not without hidden fees of astronomical amounts. And interest rates of astronomical amounts. My company applied for a $40,000 loan with them for some equipment purchase needs that we had. They got us the funding but by the time it hit our account there were over $7000 in hidden fees. And the interest rate was 45%. So not only did we only receive about $32,000 of the total $40,000. But we had another $18,000 in interest. So we applied for $40,000 and ended up having to pay back over $65,000. The worst part was they only gave us 6 Month financing. The day before the loan went through I had someone look at the contract and they informed me of all of these things so I then called the company and told them I would not like to receive the funds; the representative told me that we didn't have to take the funding so I thought we were fine. I woke up the next day and the money was in my account. I then called and they basically told me that since the money was deposited we were responsible to pay it all back. So I thought well we are gonna have a rough time doing this, they then told me after 1.5 months I could refinance the loan. here it is 1.5 months later and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the company, i have left countless phone call messages, sent emails, and text messages to the manager/owner of the company and the representative I worked with and it took almost a week for someone to get back with me only to tell me that we couldn't refinance. If I hadn't found another financing company that was willing to help me out. I would have gone bankrupt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
