Absolutely the worst company ever Pope Appliance was assigned my built in refrigerator through my home warranty took over a month before they could come out and do the inspection. They arrived didn't even look at it said it had to be thermostat and would notify my warranty company. A month goes by the warranty company approved the work to be done its was another month & half before Pope came back. When they did and actually looked at it they said it was more than the thermostat they need to get approval again for more work. Warranty approves it Pope says the wont buy the parts they want the warranty to buy another month goes by. Warranty buys the parts. Another month goes by they says they wont do the repairs at my home (keep in mind my refrigerator is built in) they want to come pick it up but it will be a month before they can make it out. They finally show take my refrigerator out of the wall the man came w/14yr old to move a 1000#FRIGERATOR They couldn't fit it through my front door they took all the doors off and left them with me I had to help pull the frig through because I was afraid they would ripe my storm door hinges off. They barley got in their truck. ANOTHER month I call for status they found more things wrong and needs more parts warranty company approves and buy the parts 2 months go by I follow up. The owner Lynn tells me their still monitoring another 30 days I ask her to explain what their monitoring the doors were left behind with me it couldn't be the temperature of the frig. No response. My husband calls no response he contacts the warranty they try to contact them no response Lynn then sent me an email BECAUSE WE MADE A COMPLAINT they refuse to complete job I question her she calls me liar and shes requesting a police civil stand by to deliver frig because my email sounded threating in NO WAY was it- I asked when they are bringing it back she tells me to stop contacting her shes filing a police report all because I asked about the status

Sounds good on paper this person thinks that if they are threatening and aggressive that they will get there way. Customer was never called a liar but if they feel that way we can't prevent guilt feelings. This person works for AMR in Stockton and was advised not to call and harass us but continued to do so a report had to be filed with Law Enforcement. What a professional.
