      Major bait and switch dealer. Do not buy from these people. Didnt offer me the price that they promised and added extra items to sales price after running my credit to purchase a car. I called and left message for the ******************* and still havent received a call back. After not going down on the price as the sales manager ***** said h*** do and now a week later the same car is advertised 500$ less which I would have bought if he kept his promise. Should have checked here before going to that business as I would have not.

      BAIT AND SWITCH...AVOID AT ALL COST!Attempted to buy a 2024 ********. They advertised at one price then said the dealer add-ons were extra. I explained to them they were misleading and NOT transparent. The Sales Manager kept spinning it in a way that they were and would not address the issue of the added required cost for dealer markups were required.They will take advantage of you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

      I'm experiencing terrible service here. It's still ongoing. I dropped my car at a nearby Covina Hills Chevrolet branch after an accident on Freeway early last month. At first, I made a claim to the insurance company without any problems, and the service center helped me repair it. The problem is after the car was picked up after receiving a call that the repair was completed. The car began to make noise differently than before, and when I checked, I found that the damage under the car remained the same. I called right away and asked what happened, and the person in charge told me to come back because I didn't change the part by mistake. It takes 40 minutes from where I live to this dealership. When I visited and checked again, he admitted his mistake and said he would order additional parts. After a week, there was no update, so I kept calling the person in charge to ask for an update. For as long as three weeks. But in the meantime, I only replied to my email once and apologized. Other than this, I didn't reply to phone calls or emails. I called more than 50 times, but I always transferred and moved on to automatic voice mail. When I got angry and went to see him today, the person in charge lied that he could not check the email because he made a new one and lied that he had never received a phone call. I called there and found out that the ring was ringing. Then he changed his words saying he was busy because he was sorry. And the additional parts that I had to order were not ordered, and it was due to my mistake, so I think I tried to avoid contacting you and move on. Fortunately, the manager took care of the work and I'm going to visit again tomorrow to fix the car. The name of the person in charge is "Raymond Najera" and he is very unprofessional and dissatisfied. His colleagues seemed to have a lot of complaints about him.
