BUYERS BEWARE! There's a new stereo shop down the street close to them that are much more professional! The owner at Stereo *** is so derrogatory, condesending and racist, I'm amazed he's still in business. He promises you good service until something goes wrong. His employees are short fuses and talk disrespectful to customers as well. They didn't ground my wires, sounded like a remote control car driving around with static, cracked my panel and didn't install the spacer kit. Told me, "Well your car is old, sometimes cracking the panel happens." Also said, I brought it cracked, when I asked to see photos, owner said, "I don't have to show you anything." (He didn't have pictures of that anyway).They didn't provide a disclaimer or anything stating older cars risk panel cracking. SMH Don't let them talk you into anything....owner acts nice up front but turns his back on you the second there's a problem that has to be repaired. The woman (maybe his wife) there is also disgraceful. I can't believe the way they talk to customers there.The woman and owner were arguing about misplaced paperwork for a customer there who wanted to see if his paperwork matched theirs to confirm all that was being installed was accurate since changes had been made. The owner told him, "I can't find your paperwork, so just take your money and walk away, we're done." I was shocked!!!They have promised to repair my panel and provide the spacer kit, but they have made no effort to order it, they said it was on back order. I asked to see the order date when placed and they couldn't show it to me. Go figure! Don't say I didn't warn you. Wish I could give this "ZERO STARS"

Do yourself a favor and find a different store. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a business .. the level of disrespect and racism from the OWNER is insane. Do not let them convince you that you're getting a "deal". They are horrible people, horrible business owners, flat out scammers. They willingly broke my old radio without my permission (It was the original radio on my truck that I wanted to keep, I would have never replaced it if I knew it would be broken) , broke my ignition switch. To make it even worse, the new alarm system they installed did not function whatsoever. They didn't test anything to ensure it worked or not. Thankfully I tested everything out before leaving, after complaining about it not functioning correctly, and complaining about my broken things, the OWNER tried claiming I showed up with broken radio and ignition switch. The fat man became very hostile, threatened me, "you don't want these problems". He also claimed the labor should have been way more since the truck was there 6-8 hours. Crazy part is, it was ONLY THERE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS. What blows my mind is this man has such broken english but has the audacity to make racist remarks. I had no choice but to call the police, it literally felt like I was being robbed. While I was waiting for the police in the parking lot, this man came at us with a water hose. They may be doing illegal things or something because as soon as the police was mentioned, they all scurried away like roaches. I hope this place goes out of business, the owner deserves every ounce of bad luck. Absolutely horrible person.. If you still decide to go here, do your research on every part or device they try to sell you. They will up charge like crazy, the "300.00" alarm system that I thought I was getting a deal on is actually $90 online. I'm more mad at myself for getting played, but it is what it is. STAY AWAY.
