On August 5 2023 I purchased the ULTIMATE carwash for $ *****. S0 I pull into the carwash when the shines the red drive. The machine makes a few passes around my truck that I assumed as water.The machine stops without even getting to roller that washes and the spray jets for the rinse and wax. The machine then stops and shines the red drive light again. So i pull forward and exit, I go to the cashier and told her the car was had stopped after spraying something on my truck, she gives me a free car wash to come back another day. I get out of my truck and look... there were drops and runs and spots of something on my paint. I immediately turn on the water hose get some car wash soap and it wont come off my paint. I go back to the store to make a complaint the employee refers me to the sign with the corporate phone #. I try calling and get nowhere. I send an email explaining the situation. I recieve an email back saying the investigator would be in touch in a couple days. I have not heard from anyone at Circle K about resolving the damage to my truck. I have sent them photos of everything and still no reply.Initial Complaint

********* I waited 45 mins in line for a car wash once I got into the bay the wash stopped working. I waited a few mins to see if anyone would come help but I didn't want to get out of my car while in the bay in case it started working again I did not want to be hurt by the equipment in the bay. After about five minutes nobody came to help I pulled out went into the store to express what happened by then there were six people waiting in line for the car wash I was told sorry can't do nothing for you get back in line. Well I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes so I left sense April 24 of this year I have been trying to get a hold of customer service to know that I have also tried to call the store manager numerous times no one ever answers the phone no I don't know what upsets me more the fact that I waste my time that day and no one gave a care or the fact that I haven't been able to express my complaint to the company since April 24 of this year due to the fact that nobody answers phones.
