      To date, albert has refused to respond to my emailed request to have my account removed from their system, and to stop withdrawing funds from my bank account immediately. I have been forcibly signed up for a subscription that I never consented to, despite having never finished setting up my account with ********************. They are notorious for doing this with other customers and have made it almost impossible for people like me to get out of this pseudo subscription. My incomplete account with them is under the email **********************

      I opened an account with ********************** last year to see if I could get in advance or a loan or something I had gotten a couple and I paid them back successfully they since have said that I have not paid back one of them and they keep charging my card for the $14.99 membership genius fee that I told them well over 3 or 4 months ago to stop charging my card for that cancel the genius membership I do not want to be charged for that anymore and yet they continue to charge me for it they said they will not refund my money until I bring my account to zero because apparently it is negative $16. I believe I do not owe them anything and I've told them in the past that they should just instead of charging my card the $14.99 fee to take that and apply it to that amount they say I owe yet they don't and they continue to charge my card I have gotten refunds before this time they are adamant that I must bring my account to zero before they will refund and cancel my account to me that is wrong they should immediately refund and cancel my account at the very least I don't want them charging me ever again but apparently they're still going to charge me.

      I have tried to cancel my account to no avail. It has 3 cents in it. I cannot withdraw less than a dollar. Therefore I cannot close my account. So the next day, today, they charged another ***** to my account for the 3 cents I told them to keep because of the charge that will incur. This will continue and affect all of their customers dealing with the same issue. Its a trap. Its just computer robots so nothing can be done.

      I kept money In my Albert checking for about 4 months, I come back to over $850 taken out of my checking account back in April. I filed a dispute because somehow someone clearly stole my debit card information, here we are I still dont have my money. I was told I would get my money back writhin 3 business days, I still dont have it. Its just insane to me someone can take all your money and you have to wait forever to even get it back.

      This company continues withdrawing money from my bank account after I emailed several times revoking any ACH privileges. They refuse to transfer investments I did not allow so I cannot close the account. They owe me over 50 dollars of Genius fees that I did not authorize. I want my money back and my account closed.

We are Learn ************** or Albert.io - we are an educational software company that sells to schools, teachers, and students. We are not a financial or banking institution. This customer should reach out to ************************ and contact their support to receive the proper help they need. Again, we are not Albert the financial app.

      I never signed up for this. I am very careful on the internet. I didnt even know what this was until money started disappearing from my bank. 3 separate transactions in two days. I want it stopped immediately, the account closed and my money refunded!

      I tried canceling their stupid genius plan account, but they keep trying to charge a bank account that I no longer have and they wont let me switch accounts until I paid off the advance, but I cant unless I connect another account which they wont let me do.

      Albert Genius has been taking money from my bank account for a little over a year without my knowledge. You try to cancel the service and it is near impossible. There are several complaints in BBB and online about the company. The cancelation policy is predatory. They also were charging around 5 dollars a month from my bank account and randomly upped it to 9.99 this month which is why I noticed. Classic skimmer profile.
