    Do not buy any equipment from this rat infested place. They promise you they smile but as soon as they get your money you're an outsider. They use different third-party delivers to deliver your equipment. The delivery guy called me and said that I could not get white glove service I'm one of the products that I paid for. I called Rick and he told me not to worry about it. The second red flag was when the delivery guy said my delivery would not be in today and I took the day off from work. I ordered two pieces of equipment and they want me to pay for 50 apiece which is $900 because it was already shipped. This is how the scam artists get their money. Don't be scammed don't be a fool stay away from this company is scam artists .

    We're sorry you are not happy with your shopping experience with us. We see that you were refunded per our return policy which is available for any customer to view. When Rick processed your return he stated the return policy with you, and you took no issue with the policy. Rick helped in going above and beyond to make special concessions with the return fees because of the accident made by the delivery company in calling you before they were supposed too. Rick essentially helped in reducing the fees associated with our Return Policy.

    As we had mentioned in previous phone conversations, the delivery company is not able to schedule a delivery until they had received the two items you had purchased with us. We confirmed that there would be no issue with the delivery or assembly and that any appointments would be scheduled once the local delivery hub received the item. Unfortunately you were not happy with this. We feel what you mentioned seems unfair and unreasonable considering we satisfied every request you made.

    We can assure any customer reading this we are not a scam or rat infested and to contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

    Sarah,Go tell your rant to the other people you scammed. Is that your idea of above and Beyond? By charging me $450 for an item that hasn't shipped. To all the good people of the world who are reading this right now. Incline your ears to my words. I'm a verified purchaser of two products. I will begin my story in hopes that other people will take heed and listen from those experienced in dealing with this company. I bought a massage for $8200 and a sonic wave vibration machine for $3000. The first red flag was on 12/2/2021. I received a call from an Ogawa third party deliverer XXX-XXX-XXXX @2:40 pm for 3 minutes. The man stated he wasn't able to do white glove delivery for one of the items. Mind you, this equipment is for a 73 year old woman who can hardly walk. This man is telling me that he will leave a very heavy piece of machinery outside so my crippled mother can come out to get it and drag it up to the second story of her apartment. Lets go back to Ricky Smiley. I explained to Rick in the very beginning this was for my mother. He had all the right words and stated how great this machine is for helping those especially those who have a hard time walking. I want to help my mother heal. I agreed and bought both items and he assured me both of these items will be sent by white glove delivery. Lets revisit where we left off.....I explained to the delivery guy how I spent an extra $200 a piece for both pieces of equipment so that they could be delivered by white glove delivery(inside the residence and fully assembled and functioning). I called Ricky Smiley, and told him the situation. He exclaimed that this is a third party deliverer and shouldn't be contacting the customer before delivery. He said he would take care of it. Mind you, I did not cancel my order at this point. I spent over $10K and in my feeble mind (at the time), I was unaware that you still don't get what you pay for. That is a whole different can of worms to all those who are reading this sad, sour story that resulted in a crippled elderly woman not getting a massage chair and vibration machine that would aid her in balance, support, and other needed benefits. (Lets revisit that remark by Sister Sarah....above and beyond you said?????

    Second red flag......December 8, 2021 (day after anniversary at Pearl Harbor) INCOMING -FROM OGAWA DELIVERY DESTROYER........1 minute and that's all it took to destroy peoples lives. It was the disgruntled voice of the Ogawa delivery driver (XXX)XXX-XXXX. " Hey this is the delivery driver for the massage chair. Your chair won't be in today." Silence was heard after that. I took off work knowing that I had to be there because something didn't sit right in my gut. He called the day of the delivery to tell me the equipment was not only not going to show up, it also hasn't even shipped. I asked questions as to who?What?Where?When? and why? All he said was I don't know because they use multiple third party delivery companies and that I would have to call them. I explained to him not to show up at the apartment and I want it CANCELLED.12/8/2021 I sent 2 emails to support@ogawa explaining in detail how I want my order to be cancelled. I received two reply emails that they could not deliver to those addresses. You must not want any thing written on paper so that you don't get sued..I see...Ok Ogawa, Sister Sarah, and RickySmiley. I called a few times until I got a call from Rick who tried to convince me that he could square everything away and use a different delivery company to get the equipment delivered to my mom's apartment. I explained to him the calls I received from the delivery guy and no merchandise was delivered. I did what any smart person would do. Give me back my money. Wouldn't you? These scumbags have probably made lots of money by screwing people over with many ($450) transactions pick pocketed from disgruntled customers? Rick stated that the delivery guy should not be contacting customers before the delivery. Well he did and I'm glad he did. Also, I have corresponded with Rick online and saved exactly what he said. the order shipped on 12/2 is now being returned to us per your request we apologize for the issue with the delivery personnel they are not to call and schedule any appointments until they physically receive them- Should we get on Ricky Smiley for his grammar and punctuation? Of course just like Pearl Harbor, they put holes in us and we will put holes in them. Right back at you Rick .Rick's superfluous statement came next. We're going to charge you $450 each piece of equipment that was shipped. Mind you the delivery guy already ratted them out and stated that the order was not shipped. They wanted to take away $900. A reason I came to believe that would benefit my ailing mother this Christmas. Sarah, Rick and Ogawa you are rats and I will make it my mission to inform every soul not to purchase any Ogawa ****************@yahoo.com anyone considering purchasing writte me.Thank you.

    Merry Christmas to all the good people of the world. I never have ill intentions. I only want what's best for my family sand the name Ogawa has left a bad taste and memory for years to come. To spend over $10K with your company can never be looked upon as I'll intentions. What's say you good people of the world who are thinking about this massage chair company. Please send me an email and let's hit Ogawa in the pocket for big bucks especially this time of year. I'm not the type to write reviews, however, this one will ring on your medulla for years to come as you and the whole world read my story.
