We have been trying to contact corporate at Sky Zone but no response in regards to the below email about our horrific experience yesterday at Sky Zone Covina. We began planning my daughter's birthday months in advance. Our guest list had almost 100 people on it. We had guests who drove in from***************. Also, several guest flew in. Contracts were signed & deposits made. They even asked that I pay before the party leading me to believe my guests would be allowed in. We ordered all the food, the decorations, and the cake. We spent a large amount of money (aprox $2,500+). As our guests began to arrive they stated that the "system" was down and they would not let our guests jump. We waited patiently for 30 min. After that we began to ask questions and the manager would just go in the back to "call" someone but did not provide any kind of resolution nor did they provide us with updates. The staff's only response was "we are sorry the system is down but we can't let them jump with-out being able to confirm they signed a waiver". The staff refused to print paper waivers to allow guests to go in. They wouldn't even let out guests jump that had signed their waivers in advance and received an email confirmation from their own site. So with children that were literally crying all around us their only solution was to wait. After repeatedly demanding updates the lady manager actually told me that if I don't like it I can simply cancel my party and leave! How were we supposed to move 100 people that have now arrived at Sky Zone? We booked all rooms from 11:30 to 3:30 p.m. but many of our guests left without eating or jumping. The party was over by 2:30pm as guest could not jump. We spent $450-$500 in coins until they would no longer give us coins to entertain the children that were not jumping. We had a contract & they did not deliver. I spent money based on this promise. No one from Sky Zone will return a call. We don' want them to do this to others.
