On 8/13/2022 I phoned Medcove Urgent care asking if they indeed took my insurance (Blueshield of California) and my Medical Group (Regal). *******, at Medcove assured me they did. She informed me that their fee for X-ray exams was $50.00 per view, and not covered. I arrived at the facility, filled out a mountain of paperwork and was taken to an exam room. I was triaged, told I would need a Tetanus shot along with the x-ray of my injured foot. Shortly after, I was lead to another exam room where I sat for 20 minutes. A woman then came in and told me they would not treat me. She offered to give me a referral for an x-ray in a few days at another location. She did not give a reason for me not being treated there. I left the facility with nothing. I still have an injured foot with an open wound and no Tetanus shot.Initial Complaint
