I needed to contact ********* Airlines on April 15, 2022 because I had a question about my upcoming flight. I found this company's number when I searched online for ********* Airlines, so I called it and specifically asked the person who answered if they were ********* Airlines and she said "yes".She asked for my flight info, then after answering my question, she said she noticed a problem with our reservations, but they could fix it for $250. She transferred me to another person named *** who was supposed to be able to fix the purported problem that she found. *** then asked me to send copies of my passport and all the flight details. As it sounded urgent, I complied with her request, but in retrospect, she didn't provide me with any proof of what exactly the problem was. The transaction was then completed via Discover. Joy gave me her direct number *************).Within the next 20 minutes I received several emails regarding this transaction, and I then realized they were not actually ********* Airlines based on the addresses on the emails: I received 2 from ********************************* 2 from ******************************* and 1 from ***************** One of the emails was a "New contract: CC authorization agreement" that requested I review & sign. Please note that I DID NOT sign the agreement. The next email I received said that the Contract was signed. This obviously gave me a bad feeling since I did not sign the agreement, plus they had a copy of my passport! Because of this, I checked Joy's number online and found several scam reports for that ************.I then called justfly.com (we bought our tickets through justfly.com) and explained my experience with the supposed ********* **************** The justfly.com rep checked my flight details and said there was nothing wrong with my flights as my flights were already confirmed. He explained that we were good to go once we paid for the flights on April 3, and if there were any problems, we would have been notified by email from justfly.com or ********* Airlines direct. He said that company didn't do anything other than collect our payment as no modification was showing up in their system. So, I shouldn't have paid that company to fix anything as there was nothing to fix.Because of this, I called that company a second time and asked explicitly if they were ********* Airlines, and the guy who answered was very evasive at first but finally admitted they were not; they were a "company helping major airlines". I asked where their office was located and he said they were in ***********************************. I then asked him what problem required me to pay them $250 for a confirmed flight, and we ended up arguing since he couldn't provide any proof that they did anything for me, proving exactly what the justfly.com agent had said before. This is what led me to initiate the dispute in the first place. I tried calling Joy today at ************ and found that the number is no longer in service.

When I ******* ******* customer service *********** a ***** # popped up so I called. The people in this agency answered and they were able to find my flights that I wanted to cancel and they also claimed that I would get refunded back for my flights ****** (aprox) back in June. I believe this Agency scammed me. They asked me to pay ****** to get my refunds back and I stupidly did it. They asked me to send over my license and credit card via a text message to ensure that I was the person ******* would issue a refund to. When I call, they seem very shady and they keep telling me that they will check and email me. This has been going on since June 2022. This agency are SCAMMERS. They are stealing people's money!!!
