I purchased an EVOO laptop on X-X-XXXX at Brandsmart, where I also purchased the additional 2-year warranty. LESS THAN A YEAR later the camera isn't working. The problem started well right after Thanksgiving 2021. I went to Brandsmart and they directed me to contact EVOO because it was less than a year and still under factory warranty. After 3 days of online chats, TRYING to get emails that took 2 days to come through with drivers that were unrelated to my problem, and then finally speaking to countless representatives that couldn't under me nor could I understand them because of thick accents where you could tell that English was not their first language. Then I was finally told that I had to pay out of MY OWN pocket to have the laptop shipped across the country and wait up to 14 weeks to receive either my fixed laptop or a new one. As of yet, I haven't heard anything. I am out of a laptop, that I need for work and school. And, I'm upset that I had to come of MY pocket to pay $52 in shipping and handling costs when the product is still under warranty. After this experience with the product and the technical and customer service representatives I talked to, I have no desire to ever buy one of their products in the future. If you want to save your time and money and I would suggest purchasing another brand of laptop. If there was an option for no stars, that would have been my choice.

Bought my son the evoo ultra thin laptop in 2018 because he was younger at the time. It's barely been used since maybe 4 or 5 times a year. Went to turn on today and im getting nothing, the power button is just blinking on and off. Tried troubleshooting and nothing. Now that he actually needs laptop we can't even use it. Only giving 2 stars because it did last for almost 3 years.

I bought a EVOO laptop from Walmart & the product literally stopped working in couple of months. Walmart suggested to reach out to EVOO. Interestingly they are no where to be found on internet. Somehow figure out their website, tried calling them for days & days. One fine day their chat worked & they asked me to return the laptop for repair. I did & guess what they again disappeared with no response. Right now their website is gone, I have been calling them everyday & call goes for hours & finally they automated voice say we couldnt' find customer service executive & the call get cut.

I lost my laptop as well as $300 in their pocket. Please can someone help me resolve this issue.

My son purchased the lp 10 back in the middle of July and within 3 weeks the screen no longer worked it just has a colored line through it. We have been trying for over a month to get in touch with customer service to find out about the warranty and repair information. It is impossible to get in touch with someone. I am so angry that my son wasted his money on this laptop. I'm even more angry that now I have to pay someone to fix it when it should have a warranty
