I am filing a complaint regarding caprice furniture. I placed a order with them online to have furniture delivered, 2 days after receiving this furniture I went to sit on the sofa and the frame completely broke in half. then a week after that the same thing happned to the bed. I emailed the manager ***** and infomed her of this, she never responded. so I dsputed the charge, caprice never responded to the dispute. now 3 months later caprice furntiure billed me another $**** for this same order, taking money out of my checking account without my authorization. so now I have been double charged for this order. they sold me damaged defective furniture that had to be thrown away. and instead of refunding me, they rebilled me again for the same order..
