On 5/24/21 I purchased Schwarzopf/Henkel(Ruby Red)Hair dye from "Dollar General" for $10. I bought it many times & I've always had thick curly hair. I dyed hair on 6/5/21 & very gradually my hair started breaking off at the new hair growth point(1-3 inches from scalp). On 8/10/21 & at 90% hair loss, I contacted vendor via web to complain (& 3x after that).They replied on 8/23/21 requiring POP & photos of damages. I was assigned: ********************. I emailed 1wk later. I didn't hear back till about 3wks(I kept on emailing for status update). They replied my email had no attachments so I resent it 3 times. I didn't hear back for 2wks, then was told systems were down. I didn't hear back so I kept on emailing, then was told my check had wrong name & to be reissued. About 2wks ago, they said the check was $30 but I spent more than $30 on hair repair prods and vitamins so far. I've lost all hair now( except some bangs). I need a hair stylist or braider. My hair is gone & they don't care.
