I sought help from Regenix for thinning hair and purchased their products from 1/10/24 to 2/23/23. I spent a total of $3452.36. Regenix makes the commitment to "Prevent and treat hair thinning. For good. At Regenix, we get to the root cause of your thinning and treat it with plant-based science." This is taken directly from their website. After all the treatments, my hair is still thin. Regenix did not work. After receiving multiple hair analyses that were exactly the same--no change after using the product according to the directions--I emailed the company to express my frustration about my lack of results for such an expensive product. Also, I expressed shock about getting what seemed like "stock" responses from Regenix--even though I continued to use the product, my analyses were exactly the same. ********** called me to say that the identical analyses should not have happened and admitted I had gone past the point where people usually see results. He suggested a different way to use the product and a follow-up analysis. I followed the directions and completed the analysis. This analysis was better, however I didn't see improvement on my end. I feel that the positive analysis was due to my complaint. I would like a refund because Regenix did not live up to its commitment.
