I completed a a survey on 6/6/2024 regarding Insights on ****************** Firms and was told I would be compensated with a $40 Amazon gift card for completing the survey. Once I completed the survey the screen confirmed that I had completed the survey and that the Amazon gift card would be received via email in 1-2 business days. I never received the $40 gift card and have contacted the company their their website and two separate occasions with no response.

Im a member of a couple of market research panels, and encounter your surveys from time to time. Many times, probably about 50% of the time, you complete a survey with no issues and get a congratulations and a confirmation of completion, but it ends up being disqualified upon redirecting for the compensation you were promised. I will base the complaint on the survey below, and just want to know what to do to avoid this situation. How does one avoid this, is there some sort of AI involved? If so, I can just avoid your surveys going forward. But theres no situation that should lead to someone completing a survey, getting a confirmation, and then not being compensated . **************************************************************************************

**********, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this complaint but we just recently found out that this complaint existed because the BBB did not have any contact info for our company to forward the complaint to.  I do want to investigate your complaint further because the way our surveys are set up and designed should not allow you to complete a survey without being compensated.  There is generally a short questionnaire at the front of the survey to see if you qualify and then if you do quality, you continue through the survey and get redirected at the end back to the panel for which you belong to get your reward for completion.  In order for me to research this, I need to go back to the survey you provided and look at your specific data to see what happened in the survey.  Because our surveys are anonymized, we do not have any way to know which survey participant you were without contacting the panel provider that you belong to and having them provide us with the anonymized ID that they provided.  We used several panel providers for the project you referenced so we don't know who to reach out to, can you please let me know what panel you belong to so we can dig deeper into this issue and see what happened in your case?  We will send you out a $20 ****************** gift card for your inconvenience and for our delay in getting back to you.  That gift card should show up in your email on June 16th.  In the meantime, if you don't mind, please email ** back with your panel information and we will investigate further.

      Regards,

      MarketCast Survey Support
