I have run a video on demand channel on pivotshare for about 10 years selling selling instructional martial arts videos. A few years back pivotshare was purchased by Chicken Soup for the Soul. At that time my direct customer service rep quit and service began deteriorating. They take a ******************************** monthly through PayPal, 45 days after the completion of a month in accordance with their stated payment policy. Therefor Decembers sales are guaranteed to be paid by feb 15. Before Xmas , November s payment was a week late which caused a huge disruption to my business as I depend heavily in this earning. December was late again and repeated emails requesting an explanation were ignored. *******s payment was prompt .The issue now is that the February payment (from December sales) which were due feb 15 have not been paid. This represents nearly $8,000 cdn in commission and I desperately was relying upon this money. To date I have sent 9 emails requesting updates and reasons for the delay and none have been acknowledged. There is also no answer at the only listed phone number I can find for them. They continue to fulfill orders and take money from my clients as of this morning. They will additionally owe me about $3,000 cdn for ******* and February respectively and now I fear they will not pay me at all. Please, any help or advice you can provide would be deeply appreciated. Im a small gym owner who barely survived covid and this additional theft will bankrupt me.
