I flew out to the dealership to look at a car on ***** We discussed the purchase of the car depending on the repairs. I was informed that the repairs would be made and they would send a video and pictures. They sent me videos and had to be pictures of another car. This is written in the paperwork that I signed with the dealership. I have the documentation. The purchase agreement was signed on *** - showing the requirement of proof of repairs. When the car was delivered. The repairs were not made. I have been calling the dealership and they will not return my calls. Since the purchase of a ***** I guess they will not call me back.

I returned a leased car on November 20, 2021. I did not receive a receipt from them, as this was my first time returning a lease car, I didn't know to ask for one. During my winter break I got a call from ************ who handled the loan that they extended my lease for a month and that I needed to pay for it. I called them and this is when I figure out that Culver City Chevrolet did not close the lease on my car. I called and informed this to try and get this sorted. By January I get a similar call from ************. As of today, January 31, 2022, the lease has not been closed by Culver City Chevrolet. I've called multiple times, emailed them. I can't even get a reason why this is happening.

Was charged over two thousand dollars for a fuel pump that has just been fixed. That evening when vehicle was given back the dashboard wouldn't come back on. I went back to let them know and according to the mechanics it would be $1400 for that. Couple days later the sensors on the ****** went out, dealer states it would be another ***** I have been keeping up on maintenance on my vehicle and had not had any issues until the dealer "fixed" the vehicle the first time. Only causing more damage to it. When I was informed of the brakes sensor issue they charged me **** just for the information. Very ********** because I know my vehicle did not have any of these issues.
