Be aware. The technicians working on your vehicle are not trained or certified to be working on them. I over heard the employees talking and how they have a tech log on to work on vehicles while they let new non trained techs do the work to speed things up. No wonder my car went back 3 times for the same thing. Tried to contact the general manager and he never returned my call. Also all the advisors are super rude and not helpful. This place is still as horrible as it ever was. Do not take your vehicle here for any service. They will do a horrible job and you will get stranded on the road like me. BBB needs to do an investigation into this place asap.

Disabled senior citizen veteran scammed me useing switch bate sales tactics on both GM applications switched 2023 ss Camaro convertible to ZL1 Camaro 2020 I was lied on the finance I put $26:000 on Camaro finance sale never took it of the price of the Camaro when got GM bill for 2023 ss ****** looks like finance me for whole price pocket my $26:000 cash.Once found was %100 service connected Army they took avatage of me. After that went back to culver city Chevrolet dealership asked about down payment finance guy started adding all these hidden fees after that started calling fraud lawyers. Not even 3 week pass women ****************** ran into back quarter panel of my Camaro damaged that and one rim.So went culver city Chevrolet to show them the damage. So my insurance all I had to do is pay deductible $1000 Culver ********** then said you don't want to drive in a Wrecked car dealership then switch me 2020 ZL1 said something about convertible top damage paint job has scratches all over it mismatch tiers lying to me saying they were new it was getting dark I ware glasses next day look at back tier are bald .So again they tryed to convince me that they are new.Also said once I pointed out the top ***** said make appointment show up to appointment said had leave the car 3 day no lender car discrimination against handicap mental physical *** statutes are in violation Once switch me to 2020 ****** asked for more cash down then ask what about my down-payment going switch it to this car o.yes. Then asked see GM would approved $12000 they lied said I was denied consumer fraud lied stopping me from getting credit so ask when I was getting my ssi retirement said month then finance asked leave blank check until get my $$.kept calling ***** get my top fix kept hanging up on me stonewalling me told lady off then fraudulenly filled out check $32:000 bounced useing switch bate sales tactics extortion on senior citizen discrimination against handicap ?? deceptionon applic
