1 starI have incorrectly ordered two AO XS pants even if it is expensive at 50% off. The site says free returns but you have to pay for the return bags. When I returned it, there is a mandatory $7.20 pick up fee (which is not really free). I provided my credit card to complete the return. I sent a email to customer service that I can drop the item at ***** before I dropped off the merchandize. The refund was issued less the pick up fee. I asked why I am charged a fee when I dropped the item at *****. They admit it is their fault but I won't be reimbursed for it. It is full of BS!!!! I notified them but they ignore. I will no longer buy from this store. It has deceptive additions to the items you buy and can't be removed from the final price. NO MORE CUTS!Review fromDerrick S

I returned a pair of pants and the company received them on March 12, I still have not received a refund. There return policy states 14 days at the most.Cuts Clothing, Inc.

It appears order 1749557 was processed and refunded on April 5th. There was a glitch in the system that flagged the order which caused a delay in the process.

Everything Ive ordered here was so tight and much smaller than normal sizing. I returned it and was told on 3/21/ 2024 my return package has reached their facility. I didnt receive my refund amount ($271) until 11/22/24 today. Since their policy stated the amount will be refunded by 10 days - I admit I forgot to check if it ever reached my bank and trust that it wouldve by the time frame they stated. Fast forward 8 months later they finally refunded me. Will never shop here againCuts Clothing, Inc.

The WORST customer service. Ordered two of the same shirt but in two colors. I received them and despite being the same size and style, one was bigger than the other. So I reach out to customer service and they want a picture of the tags as well pictures. I send them in and they respond with there can be a 1-1.50 inch difference in the sizes of clothing that are the same size and style and told me to have a good day. Are you kidding me? For a $45 tee, they should be sewn all exactly the same.Cuts Clothing, Inc.

Their tees run VERY small. I returned them and they are charging me for the return. They have received the return and still have not refunded my money. Their B- will be an F soon.Cuts Clothing, Inc.

It appears this return was received at our warehouse on 4/16/24 and hasn't been processed yet. It usually takes up to 10 business days to process and refund orders. If they do not receive their refund by the 26th, please reach out to our customer service team at ******************************* and they'll look into the issue.
We do have a stocking fee that is visible on our returns page which states "Orders under $150 will be charged a $7.99 stocking fee. All orders over $150 will be free of charge." Unfortunately this customer's order is below that threshold.

I returned a pair of pants and they wont refund my money! They received them almost a month ago and no refund. Its March, and they claim that their return/refund process is backed up due to Christmas!I doubt that I will see my $100 again. Buy clothing somewhere else. Its not worth the headache of dealing with shoddy businesses like Cuts.Cuts Clothing, Inc.

I purchased a pair of pants unknown that it was final sale and non-returnable. I have ordered 10+ times on this site and spent hundreds of dollars. They sent me pants that are not anywhere true to size and are manipulating there sizing by selling goods that are inaccurate. You cannot sell faulty goods and then not return or at least exchange. The customer service rep was completely useless and I will never ever buy from them again.Cuts Clothing, Inc.

Poor customer service leads to poor reviews. I used a store credit that their system applied as a discount to items -- it shouldn't have. It should have applied a credit to the overall balance. This caused issues when I went to return some items. I should have returned the entire order and reordered the 2 items I needed. Agent finally agreed to give me store credit back, even though it should have been a refund. Buyer beware!Cuts Clothing, Inc.

Ive Been trying to order a specific jacket for almost a year. It was restocked for Christmas and ordered it. Waited for a few weeks to have it delivered, but they emailed saying the jacket was out of stock after I had already purchased it.
