Date of transaction: 9/5/2024 Ordered 1 dress for a total of: $279.90 I was supposed to receive a refund for the dress that I returned and was given a runaroundthe customer service asked me for the Order # several times, of which several times I provided. They even confirmed the returns ***** received the return. According to their returns policy, I am entitled to a full refund if I return the item within 14 days in untouched condition with the tags on, of which I did. I ordered a dress from Alieva Clothing after getting many ads on my instagram feed. There was a beautiful looking purple dress that kept popping up for $245 and I didn't buy it. About two months later, it kept popping up and was now on sale for $110, so I decided to buy it for my daughter. I purchased it on my phone and I read the return policy that states that you can return within 14 days of receiving an item. It does say FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. So, I purchased the purple dress , it arrives about a week or so later in a beautiful box, but the dress looks nothing like the pictures on their site. It's not purple, it's blue. It also is sewn terribly and misaligned. The dress doesn't lay right in the front and looks nothing like the photo. I went onto their site to start a return and it wouldn't let me. I contacted customer service and they wrote back that the dress was not eligible for returns because it was on sale and sale items can't be returned. I was never notified of that when I put it in my cart, when I checked out or even when I looked at the dress on their site. I would never have purchased anything from a company I have never ordered from as a fianl sale for over $100. After many back and forths with CS and many lies, they still refused to even give me a store credit for an exchange. At one point they sent me a link that the dress said "final sale" under it, and I just looked at their website now, and the dress doesn't say final sale. After reading reviews online, I can see that there are tons of other customers in the same boat as me. Lied to and no help. This company is a bunch of scam artists, selling clothes that look nothing like their photos, taking money and then changing their policies. Everyone should be warned to stay away from them and they should be shut down. I am sure companies like this will just pop up as another one, but sahme on them.Initial Complaint

Aliava LLC I purchased a dress from this company to wear at my party. The dress came two days before my party up on opening the package there was a tear/ cut on the dress. I didnt even tried on since I saw the damage. I immediately reached out to the company Alieva the mint the package came and it was open. The company is telling me that because the item is on sale they are unavailable to refund me and that only a store credit I can get. I told them I do not need a store credit this was my first time buying from them and it will be my last. Its there responsibility to make sure customers orders are in good and new standings before shipping. With that being said I had to go to the store to look for a dress right away since k didnt have any time to waste and the party was within 24hrs. No one shone force to continue buy from a company you have no confidence in. The dress is over $100 dollars its not cheap. Why should I be forced to buy again. So I have reached out asking for my refund to my payment of origin. They are giving me push back.Initial Complaint

At first the delivery address was an old address and I emailed urgently to advise. The address was changed. However, just before shipping I asked if it would still be delivered on time and they indicated it would be. Despite paying for a 3 day delivery service and being assured that the item would arrive on time, *********** failed to deliver it as promised. Now, after the delay, they are refusing to provide a full refund, only a credit. As a result of their inability to fulfill my order, I had to run out and spend additional money on a different dress elsewhere.I do not want a credit, I am entitled to a full refund in this particular scenario. I am writing to dispute an item I recently purchased from Alieva.com, ******* One Sleeve Maxi Dress, order# ****** on 12/26/2023 in the amount of $258.13. The item is not as described on the website. The sleeve does not stay up, it slides off my shoulder and it is suppose to stay up, which significantly impacts its functionality. I have returned the item, **** tracking# **************************. However, the company refuse to give me a refund stating that this was a sale item and they can only provide me with a store credit. Meanwhile, when I made the purchase it did not say that this item was not refundable at checkout. This was also a second faulty dress I have received from Alieva, which marks the second time Ive encountered this issue with this company. I have kindly asked if they can make an exception for a refund due to my decision not to order from this company anymore. I made an online purchase on May 6th, 2023. I purchased 2 dresses. They did not fit me and I sent them back. The company refuses to give me my money back $****** , and issued me a store credit. I made a second purchase on June 4th ***** using the store credit , again the dress and pants did not fit me, and I returned them within the 15 days limit. I have asked them several times to issue me a full refund, but they are saying their policy is to issue a store credit in case an item on sale was purchased. I was given a store credit that I can't use because they don't have anything that fits me , the selection is limited to Special Event Dresses and they don't have a physical store. I've tried twice , I ordered 4 items from them and none fitted me. I have to pay for returns , and their clothes comes in bulky boxes. I already spent $ 40 in returns. They have a policy for not refunding items on sale , but I feel like I was tricked during the purchase process using a mobile phone.The first dress I clicked on was not on sale , so I didn't see the policy. 5/25 - I ordered a dress from Alieva online that cost me $420 5/31 - I received the dress 6/2 - I requested a return because the dress did not fit. I kept it in the same fancy box they sent the dress in and included the return e-mail they sent me and put it in another box to ship via ***** 6/5 ***** picked up package 6/7 ***** delivered package (within their 14 day return policy) which was signed by ******************. After tracking the package, I also called ***** and spoke to someone who checked the tracking on their end and confirmed the package was delivered.A week after ***** confirmed delivery of the return, (their website states that refunds usually take 3-4 business day and store credit 2-3 business days) I checked my credit card and there was no refund nor did I receive an e-mail from them acknoledgin receipt of the item I returned. I tried to get in touch with them but they don't have a phone number so I e-mailed them and was unsuccessful in obtaining a response from them.6/15 - I e-mailed them to inquire about the refund and received no reply. 6/16 - I e-mailed them again to inquire about the refund and received no reply.6/21 - I e-mailed them again to inquire again ad received no reply 6/21 - I reached out to ***** to dispute the charge due to the vendors lack of a reply. They told the bank that I should e-mailed them proof that I sent the dress back. This is after I e-mailed them 3 times and they never replied. I sent the bank all the documents, e-mails and ***** information and they will contiue to fight the charge but I thougtht you might be able to help as well.I read a lot of their reviews on the BBB review website and they seem to have a bad track record. I made an order in the amount of 582,42. I have contacted the store several times through their messaging system as there is no phone number listed. I made the order on 5/31/23 and have filed a claim with *** and have not heard anything. I have sent several requests for a refund or my items. At this point I would like a refund and I will not do any further business with this online store.
