On October 2nd, 2023, I purchased hoodie from the ************* After Dark Podcast (****) store for $60.99. I had bought this for my wife, and had originally hoped that this package would be received before our Honeymoon in November 2023. This did not happen. When I realized that the package had not shipped at the end of October, I reached out to FanJoy, since they run the ************* After Dark merchandise store online. They said that the hoodie was on back order and would ship in December 2023. December came and went. Again I reached out to **** and they said the order would ship in April 2024. It did not. In June 2024, I asked for a refund. The hoodie that I hoped to receive was no longer listed on the **** store, so I figured it would be on back-order forever. **************** said that I should receive a refund in a few business days. In late July 2024, I realized I had not yet received a refund. I contacted FanJoy a couple of times, and the few times I received a response, I was told that the refund would happen "soon", or they were having issues with their refund process. It has become apparent to me that FanJoy does not intent to refund me, and is hoping that I will forget about my order. I have not received any help from their customer service to receive my package or refund.Initial Complaint

On March 17, 2024, I ordered a sweatshirt and toddler T-shirt from Fanjoy for $78.10. I emailed them on April 1 to see if it had shipped as it had been longer than the amount of time indicated on their site. Since April 1, I have emailed them many times with varying responses about why the order was delayed. June 25 I had to cancel my order because I had moved. Its August 27, and I have yet to receive my refund. I know $78.10 doesnt seem like much but Im a student and only ordered the items as a birthday gift for a dear friend. I cannot afford to not get reimbursed. Please, I would like to be reimbursed.Initial Complaint

Purchased a sweatshirt in February. Did not receive my purchase for two months without any communication from Fanjoy. Emailed and they said it would be two weeks. Emailed again, said two weeks. Emailed again the company said they were having trouble with their blanks. Promised two weeks. Finally asked for refund a month ago but they said their refund system is down.Initial Complaint

I purchased two items from this seller on January 25th of 2024. After a few emails back and fourth, I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. The seller cancelled the order on June 25th of 2024 and has not initiated a refund. I've reached out the customer service and they keep claiming they've looked into it but the last two emails I have sent out has not been answered.Initial Complaint

May 2024 , 52 00 purchase I have never received. I was sent 2pc out of an order of approx 9 pc. Issue 1. Stalemate online said Fanjoy sent 3 pc . No receipt or shipping log in the bag . After talking to customer service and send pics of what I did get . The statement online said my order was sent out in full. Two conversations after the first . I still have not seen anything change. . It is now the eve of August 1st . And the excuse are all the same . The havent received their order yet. But the new adds were sent out and put up on the site . Same items in a *** added colors too .I inquired about my shipping date for the rest of my order since they were in stock now. I was informed they were not the same and I had to wait a couple more weeks.. they have them online now . I also paid over 20 in shipping . Feels like one of the highest fees for shipping.. And Ive cancelled past orders due to disappearing coupon discounts when they are the one that sent the code to begin with.Initial Complaint

On January 27th, 2024 I placed an order with Fanjoy. I had not received order or any communication about shipping tracking as of March 15th, which started my numerous emails to the company looking for information about my order. They have said that their shipping system has had issues or their stock was having issues. In May, still not recieving my order or any info, I requested a refund. They said that they would cancel my order and process a refund. A month later, after again no communication, I inquired via email, to which they responded that their refunding system was down. Since then they have not responded to emails, have provided no direct contact for phone communication, have not given me my items nor my refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered something in December. Received multiple emails regarding production issues ask for a refund and they go radio silent they should return to business school. Id rather spend a day in the *** line than give these people my hard earned money I will never deal with them again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order back on 12/5/23 and Fanjoy has not shipped it out. I emailed them and they kept telling me just a few weeks till it gets shipped and it never did. I have been trying to email them in the last month and now they aren't responding. I need help. I paid $36.63 for an order that I never ever received.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from the Fanjoy website on March 15, 2024. I did not receive my order after a month, so I followed up with the business to get an update. They told me four separate times that my order was still in the process of being made (at this point it was ****** After waiting 3 and a half months for the order, I gave up and asked them to issue me a refund as the processing time for the order was much longer than what they said on their website. They agreed to issue me a refund on June 5th. I still have not received this refund. After inquiring about the status of my refund, their customer serviced claimed that their refund system is having an "issue" and my refund will be provided once it is fixed. I don't think they plan on giving me a refund at all, and after reaching out to other people who have bought from them, many others have not received products they paid for. I fully believe this business is a scam. I can no longer dispute this charge on my credit card because the customer service team continued to tell me that my package would be delivered soon well past the 60-day time limit I had to dispute the charge.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Fanjoy on 2/23/24 for one pair of sweatpants and 2 sweatshirts for a total of $31.90 which has been billed to my credit card. The order number is *******. Weeks went by and I never received my order. I contacted them through email several times (there is no phone number advertised on their website) and every response was sorry for the delay. Finally on 6/13/24 I sent an email stating I want to cancel this order and I want a full refund. Since then the company did cancel my order (I checked the status and it does indeed say "Cancelled") however I have YET to receive a refund. I emailed them and asked how long it takes for a refund and no response. I happened to go on their Fanjoy ******** page and I noticed that multiple people posted and are having the same exact issue as me. Placed orders, did not receive items nor any refund. This company is taking peoples money and they are getting away with it!
