I had to go to *** for work for 2 months. I chose to leave my car at *** because they had the cheapest prices online. It made sense that it had the cheapest prices because the parking was uncovered, and the farthest lot from the airport out of all of the online options. It was $5 / day when I left my car. I have a receipt for this. When i called to pay for month 2, they tried charging me $35/day. I told them that is crazy and I would have just parked at LAX for that rate. They said they will not tow my car and it will be there when I get back, so I opted into paying for month 2 when i got back. I was able to negotiate down to $10/day instead of $35/day - but this is not what i agreed to. I had to pay it in order for them to let me leave the lot, but I am seeking a $150 refund since they tried to scam me and charged me $300 for month two vs $150. Their website is even still advertising $5/day. When I went to pick up my car, I heard them scamming someone else on the phone who wanted to extend her trip and saying her rate would now be different as well.

I am submitting this complaint ************************************** She was shaken up by the horrible experience at this establishment at the hands of employees and owner of the parking structure. She called me stating she entered structure to park. She drove up to the top level and parked into a open spot. She said a ************* likely employee due to numerous males that are walking around parking peoples cars told *********** that it would be easier if he backed up my vehicle into the spot. As he was backing up my car he hit a cinder block wall. He got out**************** told him what he had done. The guy told her he would fix it and then began to walk away. He proceeded to talk with another of the attendants and then left the location. That other attendant proceeded to tell************ that the guy who damaged my car didn't work at the location and that they didn't know who he was ( plain lie) and that the damgage to car wasn't their problem all while being rude and aggressive with************. *********** asked to speak with a manager. A short time later a male arrived and said he was the owner of structure. He said the the guy who parked my car also didn't work there and that attendants are not allowed to park peoples car. He also said the damages were not his problem while also being rude. My called the number on the parking ticket and ask to speak to management of structure. She was transferred to a supervisor and the same guy that she had spoken to answered. He proceeded to hang up on************. He also refused to give************ his name after she asked for it. ***********s friend (witness) took video of an attendant parking a persons car into a parking spot after being told that was not allowed to do. *********** also got a name and number of person who stated that the guy who damaged my car is always in the structure parking peoples cars into parking spots as well as the other attendants. I have pics & vid to submit.

Please see attached. I have tried to contact the business for 5 days now and have been told that someone was in a meeting, in the bathroom or had a family emergency and after looking through BBB this seems to be normal. Sadly, I had to get my car fixed in order to drive it and now I am out over $750. I would like help in resolving this issue and appreciate your help. Thank you! ******
