Ive been a Ritual customer since May 2018 and have had no serious issues. Their Essential Multivitamin is one of the only ones I can take without upsetting my stomach. Plus, I love that everything is so traceable. Earlier this year, I also added on their Essential Protein Daily Shake and its the tastiest one Ive ever tried!Every time I have contacted customer support, they have responded in a timely way. It was very clear at checkout that this was a subscription. Also, Ive always received emails a few days before my order processes, so I can make any changes necessary. Its super easy to change delivery dates, skip a delivery or even just skip one product if you subscribe to multiple.Ive been thoroughly happy with Ritual for the past 6 years. My only complaint? That I cant purchase their branded skater bottles, Cadence capsules or sweatshirts on their site! ;-)Thanks Ritual for great products!!Review from Leigh D

This company touts that they have great products but their customer service is anything but good. I reached out to complain about an offensive marketing and days went by and did not hear anything from them even after I followed up. If I have any issue, I doubted I would get a response on time. On April 11, ****************************************************************************** April and the other in May. One of the reasons I chose your company is due to the company being supportive of my employer with a discount of 20%. On May 11, ******************************************** the amount of $ *****. I did not approve this charge, don't need another two month supply, and didn't receive a 20% employer discount. I reached out to your customer service on the 11th requesting the order cancelation and refund. Your very unhelpful customer service representative ****** said there was nothing they could do. Which is a very poor customer service practice.I'm requesting a cancellation of my order and refund since the order just shipped today. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere.Ritual Response

This customer reached out to our support team on 5/11, asking about a recent order that was processed under their subscription. Our support team explained that orders placed on our site automatically sign you up for our subscription, which is outlined at checkout. Your order will be processed every 30 days when opted in, and you'll receive a reminder email a few days before each order is processed. However, for people only interested in one month, we make it easy to cancel directly from your account page at anytime. However, as a one-time courtesy, I have gone ahead and refunded the last order on their subscription today 5/14.Review from David T

I wish I had looked into this company before ordering from them. I hope I can save at least one person from being deceived. This company auto-enrolls you in a subscription service after your first order. I received zero emails letting me know that my order was about to be processed (so that I would have had time to cancel). I will be sending my package of vitamins back unopened (at my own expense) and as of now they continue to refuse to refund my money. I'm out $92. Absolute scammers.Ritual Response

Nowhere on the order page is any information about this being a subscription. I reached out to the company after seeing a charge on my card and they said the subscription information was written in the confirmation email. I'm not going to read a confirmation email if I know what I'm buying. They refused to refund me. This business model preys on people not reading emails to s**** them over and get money. The product also tasted awful. Do not buy from this company.Ritual Response

So incredibly frustrated with my experience with Ritual. I purchased what I thought was a one time purchase of a bundle of products on their website. I was confused when I saw an unauthorized charge pop up in my bank account this month but since ritual doesnt have agents via phone I was forced to email them which I did within minutes of the charge being made. I told them I had an unauthorized charge from them and requested they look into it and refund me. I never received a reply so I went to their website again two days later looking for any way to get in touch with them. I was finally (after about 20 minutes of searching their site) directed to a web chat where I reiterated my story to a bot who advised that ritual would reply in a few hours. 20 mins later I checked the chat in my phone and an agent named *** had replied and advised that I had signed up for a subscription which is what the charge was and that they were unable to refund the charge because too much time had passed and the order had been processed. She then closed out the chat window before I could reply. The reason for the time lapse which allowed the order to be processed was because ritual did not reply to me in a timely manner. I aent follow *** via email and chat requesting Mar reroute the package back to ritual and refund me and now no one is responding. To make matters worse, the agent peppered her insulting response with emojis like yellow hearts which was infuriating given the nature of our chat. Im out $108 and ritual has been a nightmare to deal with. Buyer beware.Ritual Response

I was charged for an order after I had believed my subscription was cancelled. I reached out to them and tried to get them not to send it and requested to be refunded. They were not helpful, they didn't care about my concerns and were unwilling to work with me. The pills have an aftertaste like fish not vanilla. Very unhappy with this company because I heard so many good thing about it. ********************** and good luck canceling. They auto subscribe you and obviously canceling means nothing because they continue to send and charge you.Ritual Response

Personal Opinion: Scammy. I got a charge tonight on my card. I logged into that ridiculous profile it makes you create and noticed I was enrolled in a monthly subscription I dont remember ever signing up for. Had to contact customer support to ensure its been de activated and that the money is refunded. Greedy vibes. I do not recommend.Ritual Response
