      I placed an order with this company not a huge amount but $200 is a lot to me. At the checkout it dates delivery via UPS ground. The package was sent via DHL via USPS got lost and returned to sender. I emailed Skims for help they said to contact UPS? How can I contact UPS when they must have looked it up and never used UPS. It's pretty ridiculous now I have to wait for a package to be returned no real answer from them just out $188 thanks Skims customer service zero out of 10 another customer lost.The least you can do is actually read an email correctly dishonest company makes it impossible to use as you don't know what shipping service they are going to use it's a gamble with your money to if your actually going to get the product.

      Order was submitted without allowing me to confirm shipping address. When I tried to contact the company they told me there was no way to assist me and that my package would be lost. There is no way to call customer service.

      I placed an order with skims on October 8th, 2021 and My order was scheduled to be delivered to my apartment on October 14th. I get an email saying the package was delivered on October 13th. I was home all day I never seen the package. I called UPS to file a claim and told them my order says delivered but I didn't receive it. It's either lost or stolen. I was unaware that skims does not have insurance on shipping. I was told to check my leasing office. My leasing office didn't have the package and neither did my neighbors. I texted skims customer service on the website on October 15th at 5pm stating that I didn't receive my order and I didn't get a respone back. My order number is SBXXXXXXX and my tracking number is ******************.

      Skims claims they shipped my order I was home all day and found a lovely ups tag to pick up my birthday order on 10/1 I went multiple times to the CVS drugstore they are claiming they delivered to and it has never been there it's now 14 days later of maybe we can help waiting and nothing they have no problem hitting my pay later account twice out of 4 payments and the nerve to not send product I want my money back this is a scam ! I'm seeking legal action

      I made a purchase on 9/27/21 and followed the tracking closely as I needed it for an event. The package was shipped on 9/29/21 and then reporting as delivered on 10/2/21 and listed as received to package locker. It is not in any package locker, I checked with my building management and attempted to file a claim with UPS but the package is not I cannot reach anyone from Skims customer service.
