      I ordered one bra from SKIMS. It didn't fit, and frankly I felt icky for even ordering from them but I was desperate to find something that would work for a dress that I am wearing to a dear friend's wedding. It ended up not fitting and I submitted the return shortly after it was delivered. The product was nothing special, the box arrived maimed, but the bra was fine. I dropped it off at **** within the timeframe outlined in their return policy. Keep in mind that SKIMS specifically contracted with this carrier to handle their returns. I was notified that the return was en route on June 24. 8 days later, the tracking location stopped updating, but the delivery date began to update every day. "Scheduled to be delivered July 2" on July 2nd. "Scheduled to be delivered on July 3" on July 3, and so on. I contact customer service, they tell me I need to wait. I wait. It's now exactly 10 days since I dropped off my return. I contact customer service again, they tell me it takes 7-10 business days for delivery, and I need to wait more. I let the rep know that this feels like a carrier issue that isn't going to be solved by waiting, and ask to be escalated to someone who can help mitigate this potential problem. The next rep I'm sent to tells me to wait, and if the package isn't delivered by July 8, I need to contact the carrier. Like I was the one who picked who would handle returns. But I wait.It is now July 17th, almost a MONTH since I dropped off this return. I've been in contact with every single carrier that has touched this package ***** *** Mail ************ ***** multiple times. No contact whatsoever from SKIMS. I emailed SKIMS again today, about 30 minutes ago. The kicker is, I PAID to make this return, and if they do refund me, I won't even be getting back what I spent. It's absolutely predatory. I will never, ever order from them again.

      Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I suggest ordering Skims items from a multi-brand retailer like SSENSE (who are faster with processing orders and have great customer service) instead of ordering directly from Skims. Never, ever ordering from them again.

      I reached out to customer service after I caught an error on my order for the wrong shipping address. I tried to cancel the order before it processed to no avail. I reached out to the skims help email and they told me they cannot update or change the address that I can try to intercept it myself through **** or **** the did not clarify which one. When I followed up asking if I could just cancel the order they said no I could but I could refuse the package when it gets delivered. I followed up again saying that is not a viable option given that I do not live there and am on the other side of the country. What am I going to do send a letter to the people who live there and ask for my package?? Just a waste of time a completely circular conversation. Waste of money and time, I am never shopping on their site again.

      It seems to be a scam. I ordered two tops and returned both. I asked for refund and not store credit. 7 days later Iget email for one top store credit.Nothing about the second top shipped to them together in same package. There is no number to Reach them and website seems to be down, you can't even text them. What can I do, I do not have the oroducts.

      I recently purchased bras from skims. Upon receiving them, one was damaged and they did not fit. So I decided to send them back and take in store credit as I had planned to go up a size. So I ordered next size upI had to pay additional $5 to make up difference. I receive that order and again one bra damaged and didnt like fit. I decided to send back for refund. This was April 11th. I still have not received my refund. First they said it would get refunded and hadnt seen it so reached out and now they are saying I used a gift card which I didnt. I just want my money back. I do not wish to purchase any of their products. Awful customer service!

      I placed an order for and it is still at the facility. I paid for shipping and needed the products for a special day. Contacted customer service who was not helpful. **************** rep said to wait 3-5 more business days. Per previous reviews, it is highly unlikely I will receive my package. Such a shame.

      Wow I wish I saw these reviews before I bought the 3 pairs of underwear on *********** literally came undone at the crotch the first time I wore them. Good thing they refunded no problem, but holy h*** does Skims **** so much and the material is cheap asf.

      Placed an order for 5 items and they only shipped out 4 out of the five. After almost a week went by of the last item just saying processing when I checked on it I reached out to skims to see if they knew when it would ship. I was told that due to warehouse inventory issues I wouldnt receive my last item. Very shady that if I wouldnt have reached out to them I wouldve NEVER known I wasnt going to receive my last item. Also poor business that the best they could do was an undisclosed refund and 15% off my next purchase.

      Received a bodysuit for Christmas, to which it deteriorated within the first wear. Contacted customer support which they WERE going to replace the item. As soon as they found out that the item was purchased from **************** they told me they could not replace it. They told me to get in touch with ****************. So I contacted **************** and they said they would not replace the item due to the fact it was worn, even though it was clearly defected. SKIMS would not do anything about it after I contacted them again and told them the story that ***** gave me. I have the packaging, the order and everything and they will not help. Horrible products, horrible service.
