There is no way to end subscriptions or cancel any charges on your Apple account. The instructions posted on the website are an endless cycle that leads to no where. Ive been a longtime iPhone user and this issue has persisted all the years Ive used my phone. I have had to cancel SEVERAL credit cards and diminish phone features just to stop from being charged. Ive been charged HUNDREDS of dollars for items I could not dispute or cancel to avoid further charges. Shame on Apple for raking in the $$, and leaving EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER wondering, whats that charge from Apple billwa Cupertino, ** that I cant cancel before it occurs again.? No customer service available whatsoever. Only online instructions that DO NOT WORK. I have pictures, but BBB does not allow you to upload them to show the cycle of nothing the instructions on Apples website provide.Review from Kat K

Apple f****** scammed me out of 9.71$. And although thats not much, unfortunately some people have it worse. The point is is that Apple seems to do whatever the f*** they want and its annoying as ****, they have NO RIGHT to keep OUR money.Review from Rita W

Purchased an iWatch thru ****** on 6/6/24 but watch band was 41mm and did not fit. Called Apple to get a replacement band and spoke to ******. I explained watch new, unworn, a gift and I just need a larger band. ****** stated the watch should have 2 size bands in the box. I said it didn't. She suggest I purchase a new band thru Amazon. I said, I'm happy to return the smaller band but do not feel I need to purchase a replacement band at a cost of $99. She placed me on old to discuss this case with her supervisor, *****. She returned to say they do not handle these type issues and since this was a 3rd party purchase, ******, to deal with ******. ****** has a very strict return policy that is why I am contacting Apple. I said, I do not understand why you cannot ship me a larger band. I have proof of purchase and am willing to mail the smaller band. If this is a premier customer service organization, this was handled very poorly. We spent nearly $1,000 on Apple watches from a multi-billion dollar industry and they can't afford to ship a cheap plastic band? Not to mention all of our other Apple products for our family that we've purchased.Review from Silvia S

My son was at the store with a couple of his friends. They were trying out new phone cases. Store manager decided it was a good idea to accuse my son of steeling a phone case. Without video footage, without any proof. Just a couple of customers making accusations. Resident police officer disregarded my son telling him that it was his phone case and proceeded to request a proof of purchase for his phone case. I actually had to submit a photo of the Amazon purchase for the phone case. I called a store manager and she was as incompetent as the store police. Once they saw the proof of purchase they banned my son from the store. I am curious what type of training Apple provides or are they just desperate to employ anyone, competent or not. I believe that Apple, **** allows people to go through your iPhone without your permission due to religious beliefs and regulations. I meaning we. I know this because ****** and ******** seem to be responding to videos in my private phone. Why? Because of my bloodline, that they are not apart of, they seem to be nervous and desperate. I tried to change and switch accounts but ********************** claimed this cannot be the case although you can do so. They also owe me some money, and they force people to bank with GDB even though customers prefer to link ********************** Cash to their own bank accounts that they already have. They are about to run their own self out of business.Review from Tony K

Apple products are great when they work. I bought an iPod Air 5th generation January 2023 for 1000$. End of January 2024 it started to flicker and now it freezes. I approached both the Apple Store and their phone line. They said unfortunately I didnt buy Apple Care, so there is nothing they can do. They did offer me 580$ as a trade in for another same model tablet. I believe that any product that brakes down after 16 months should be still be supported, especially due to shabby manufacturing, by its manufacturer. Be aware when you decide to buy an Apple product, their quality is questionable, but of course if you buy Apple Care then everything can be fine up to 3 years. Apple is scamming hard working people out of our money when downloading their apps. They have apps in their app store with no prices listed by them so you don't know how much the app is until you download it. I downloaded 3 apps and decided the apps was not what I was looking for so I cancelled them same day! Now those same 3 apps that I cancelled apple is trying to take the money from my account. They can't because I locked all my cards. I called apple and I got a manager to "forgive the charges" as the rep stated. Thank God for this rep because I don't have $20 to waste on apps I never used. I reviewed apple terms and conditions and it clearly states that if "you will be charged no more than 24hrs prior to the start of the lastest paid subscription period" I cancelled same day so how do they have a right to keep trying to charge my card. Then if I would have allow the charges to go through. I would have never gotten a refund. When you report any app charging issue on "report a problem" its like it automatically denies you. This is a scam. All of these small charges from people adds up and they know exactly what they are doing. I will be bringing light to this situation on my ******* channel, tiktok, and ********* Better Business Bureau you need to take action ! Stop this fraudulent activity !!!!!!Review from DJ B

Apple Support has been the worst customer service I have experienced. In the past few months they have been giving me the run around on my iPhone 13 I purchased in November I was forced to purchase because my previous iPhone went black after 2 years and wouldnt power up or charge or anything. The first 5 months with the brand new iPhone13 was perfectly fine no missed or dropped calls. The 6th month I start dropping calls. I contacted customer support and have jumped through all the hoops they have put me through including driving an hour and half ( one way) to Reston & an eight dollar toll!! To tell me there is nothing wrong , that its in my network. I was advised to reset my phone to factory & had my SIM card replaced and even proving to them it wasnt my service because I dropped a call right next to my wife called back on her phone and talked for 15 minutes with no interruptions. She has the same phone same service and was standing in the same area of me. I was bounced around to at least 6 senior advisors and sent to my cellular provider like 10 times. The last time ( today) I contacted iPhone support and lost two calls while on the phone with them. I called them back and I can hear them but they couldnt hear me. Some called them back on my wifes phone and never dropped the call same model phone, same service, same spot! How can that not be an issue with my phone? A person shouldnt have to fight this hard especially when the phone is still under warranty. If you go to ******* and have problem with it anything from preparationH to pregnancy tests they will refund it no questions asked.. **** gives you double back. Thats the difference with good customer service and trash. And Its hasnt always been like this with Apple I feel like the past couple years their customer service has plummeted. The ' cowards' at ***. BBB will not let you file a direct complaint against Apple in Cupertino.Bought a $100. gift card that did not even register at Apple but it did register at the place I bought it!These *************** wigs at Apple don't think a $100. lost is a big deal.Apple said they did try to phone ( but didn't ) call me about it.Apple will not answer any email request!You have to signup with Apple to get a contact.Total BS..will never buy anything Apple !Review from Isais G

I have no access to my accounts. And ********************** is strong arming me into purchasing their products in order to gain my access. All the while they are charging me for services I can not gain access to. When I try to cancel they give me the run around and won't cancel my services. I am the forced to just quit paying and pay a past due balance when they cancel on me. And then take a hit to my credit. It has been the worst experience. Apple *****, I can't believe I used to like them. Great hardware, they have horrible customer service and software, and force their products on you. Plus they won't settle up and go away just do that at least leave with ******
