I placed my order with Gogo Lush on 11/24/2023 (Order # *******). I received a confirmation email from the business that same day. On or around that same time I received a tracking number of **********************. ******* There website states " This custom made product needs 14 business days to SHIP and is not eligible for express shipping". The 14th business day from date of purchase would be Thursday, December 14, 2023. I have reached out several times to the business for more information on this purchase. I explained to them that I am a first time customer. In return, I just received automated responses with the "14 business day message". I felt like this was horrible customer service. I've received emails on various promotions and even an email asking me for my review of an item that I haven't received. I disputed this claim through Afterpay on 12/16/2023, and the the business responded on 12/18/23 stating that "it has been 13 days . Her item has finished being created at our factory and is on its way to our facility... Her item will reach her in the next few days." I reached out again through their social media page and was told the same thing. I never received an official email from the business that my item was ready and has been shipped. I followed up again on 12/23/23 (Saturday) and was told the post office was closed. I checked tracking again and still no movement from when I was told on 12/18 that I should be receiving my order in the next few days. I followed up again 12/27/23, still nothing. This is why I've decided to file this complaint. The business is not operating with full transparency to their customers and is misleading. I do not feel confident at this point that I will ever receive this item. They are bounding me that custom items are non-refundable, but they are not giving me adequate enough information that assures me that they are legit. Have a blessed day!Business response

***** ordered a custom name item from our website which states it will take 14 business days to create. Prior to the 14 business days she was very eager to receive her tracking information. We continued to assure her that her item was being made and because it is custom it cannot ship right away. We then shipped the item and it took the post office a couple of days to scan the package, which unfortunately we have no control over. It was during the Christmas holiday rush so that *** be why. ***** has her earrings now.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product thatI never received. I was told **** lost the package which was unconfirmed by ****. All attempts to contact the business about canceling the order or if I will ever receive the order have been ignored. So I been waiting on my order for weeks and she said it got lost in transit! I have no further explanation for anything I want my order or my money back! I messaged the business owner on instagram and she blocked me I have no problem to *** the business and go to cali to the jurisdiction court and settle this if it isnt settled by the end of this week!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/12/2022 the order number is ******. The items received are cheap, not the correct size, one item already broke and its been less than 24hrs. The items are not up to the quality shown on Instagram. The words are not legible. One bracelet has one size larger than the other and was connected in a lazy/ cheap manner.Initial Complaint

Ordered an item that turned finger green and tarnished within 3 days. Emailed company and said they would send new one. Waited a month and a half as it is a handmade item and wanted to give appropriate amount of time. Ring never came. Emailed again and they requested I send another $16 to get a replacement. I asked if I could send the ring back and get a replacement but they said no because its been 2 months. Company will not post my review of their product and since there are no bad reviews on their website I believe I am not the first. I consider this a scam for this reason and that it is misleading to customers when all they see is great reviews.
