I had to email 2 weeks after ordering for delivery and both chains broke off chain within 1 week. Very cheap product and they will deleted bad reviews on their website and comments on social media

This company has gone out of their way to not help me, as I have never received any of my orders!! They sure have taken my money though.

I have purchased many items from Gogo Lush and never had a problem with them. However, I have two rings from them and had both of the stones fall out within a short amount of time. One was a free ring that was a butterfly so I was not too concerned about it but the other was a snake ring with emerald in it that I did pay for and it fell out within three weeks so I did notify them. I did not hear back for sometime, and finally reached out via Instagram and was told that I would receive another ring by just placing an order. I asked if there was a code or something I needed to use and never heard back from anyone again. I had to be persistent and continue to push and push them and finally I heard back from someone named *******. ******* said that I just needed to place an order and they simply take care of it. When I went on the website the ring was sold out I let her know that And I did not hear back from her. No correspondence for weeks and weeks at a time. Finally I messaged again and asked about the ring. She said it’s back in stock but I would have to place an additional order and then they would include the ring for free. I told them I am not willing to do that you’re not holding true to your word and what’s on your website and after that I have heard nothing. No replacement ring… Just one disappointed customer. I loved that ring and I’m really disappointed but will not be shopping with them again because this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them. The first time I shopped with them they took over two months to deliver my jewelry to me which was an order that was over $200. Hence the free butterfly ring. I’m in a prime area of Dallas Texas I don’t know what the holdup was but never mentioned anything. I’ve tried all I can but they have stopped responding to me so I will be leaving a review and hope you all take it to heart and consideration when shopping with them. Good luck!

I absolutely LOVE all my jewelry i have received from GoGo Lush. CiCi always responds to my messages on IG. I have bought many pieces of Jewelry from her,,and I will continue to. I found her on TikTok and I am so glad I did... ?? Sincerely, @goldlovah
