Date of Charge: 06/12/2023.I have called and called multiple times. At the date of service, I had secondary health INS and at the time did not know Newport Pathology medical group accepted my secondary INS. I called and provided the information to the medical group months ago, I was told it would take around 6 weeks or so to get my reimbursement. When the time came I should have received my refund, it did not come. I called back and I was told it was still processing or waiting for approval. I was then told it would take another 6 weeks. I waited and called, the same answer. I have been in a circle with this medical group to try and get my refund over and over again. I have called this number and have spoke to many reps here. I have their names and employee ID they provided. Here is the info needed for reference: Phone: ************ My account # *********** I have talked to:********, employee ID ******* Joyfil, employee ID ***** ***, employee ID ***** - he said I should receive May 31, 2024. I had also talked to ****** and ***. I have attached my bill and receipt to the medical group. Please let me know of other info needed? Thanks
