This company has owed us money since 10/13/2023. The company is known for not paying on time and also issuing multiple NSF checks. They stated they would pay off their debt slowly with small payments, and failed to do so. After we submitted them to the court and they failed to show up, they reached out and stated they would like to "settle this" to avoid a judgment against their business. They ended up sending another check, only to have the bank mail us a letter for a bounced check. After notifying the company they are asking for more days, when we have given them months to get this resolved. If you are looking to do any kind of business with them I would say think about it as they are a high risk business.Initial Complaint

Purchase was made for a massage chair remote controller on 9/26/22 from GoodPriceWorld (known as AJX DISTRIBUTION INC.). Email confirmation of the order was received with the order number ****. Bank statement shows that I was charged for the item. Item was tracked as waiting for fulfillment and seller was contacted via Messenger and phone number (provided on website as **************). The response was item is backordered from *****. As of today, 3/6/23, item was never received and my account is closed out and locked out. I cannot view my order detail anymore, and it is shown as 404 page does not exist.Initial Complaint

My husband and I purchased a Kahuna massage chair from AJX Distributors on 2/12/2020. One of the main reasons that we purchased the chair was that it offered on-site repair services so consequently, when the chair broke down mid July, 2021, we called the company and assumed a technician would come to repair it. Not so, we were told it was probably the remote and they do not replace remotes. When I reminded them that the warranty specifically states that they cover all parts and labor for two years, we were told to send the remote. They returned the remote and said that was not the problem. Instead, we were sent a new fuse and a circuit board to replace by using their attached video. No success! Then, we were sent another circuit board without success. Unbelievably, we were told to remove the arm and foot rest and would receive instructions for pick up. Since our warranty is not being upheld and we do not trust the company, we would like a refund of the chair.
