On May 10, 2023, I purchased a pair of sneakers online through the Vans outlet - us.com website. They deducted it from my account on May *********, and I've been waiting for my sneakers ever since. On May 20th, I noticed that I had not received tracking information or any information at all regarding when I was going to receive my sneakers. So I went back on their site, and I clicked went into the checkout, and found that even though they charged me, it didn't look like the order was fully processed. So I hit order again. So this time, I got an email from them, showing that they were actually processing the order. So as of May 20th, they claim they are processing my order. Ever since then, they've been claiming they were processing my order and sending it to me, but instead of out of ********** where the charge was put through my account, they sent it out of ******. Ever since then, they sent it from a **** express.com, where the post office has never heard of this Express Mail carrier, and it's never received anywhere in the united states, where the postal service is able to track its contents. To date, I have not received my sneakers they were supposed to be received between 10 and 15 days by me, or any proper information. At this point, I would either like them to express mail out the sneakers to me out of somewhere in the *************, or I'd like my money back.
