      I ordered a phone case on 9/13/24. No indication that the case wasnt in stock, so it should have shipped in 1-3 business days. No way to contact them other than email, which I sent on 9/20, 9/21, and 9/23. Order status states they are working on my order, and hasnt updated since the order was placed. As of 9/24, still no response. I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card company.

      I bought a wallet in July 4 through affirm. I received the wallet no problem but I wasnt a fan and wanted to return it. I submitted a return, sent it through ****, but never got a receipt. Ridge said they never got the item and I couldnt provide proof I sent it because I never received a receipt, so they wouldnt refund me. I opened a chargeback with affirm but they ended up siding with ridge. Ridge then messages me that they received the item but since there was an open chargeback they couldnt refund yet. I told them that the chargeback was closed and sided with them so they could go ahead and refund me. Ridge however said that the chargeback sided in my favor so they couldnt refund me and Id have to get with affirm about the refund. I reached back out to affirm to confirm they sided with ridge and they indeed did. I sent that to ridge and still havent heard back. I have screen shot of everything.

      Ordered on August 28th...package was never sent out or received according to shipper. Contacted customer service, took a week to get back to me...they sent out reorder. Reorder now 3 days late with no updated tracking. Multiple emails sent over the course of the last week have been unanswered. No info on where my package is or if I can receive a refund after canceling order.

      Placed an order for a ring on 08/17/24. This was an order for $184.28. I received a notification on 08/19/24 that my order was shipped through DHL and the expected delivery date would be 08/24/24. That day came and went with no package being delivered. The tracking number through DHL only stated TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER, ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR UPDATES FOR PACKAGES WITHIN THE ** which was posted on 08/22/24. There have been no updates to my tracking information since then, and its 08/27/24. A message was sent to DHL customer service on 08/26/24. Theres been no response.I sent a message to Ridges costumer care line on both 08/25/24, and 08/26/24 since the delivery date had come and gone, and I never received a response back. There is no phone number to call. Its also posted on the BBB that there are multiple complaints of costumers not receiving their orders from this company. I will also be filing a charge dispute with my bank.

      Ridge Wallet is currently hosting a sweepstakes to win a Tesla Cyber Truck, how ever I believe this is an illegal lottery. While if you give up your email, you can get up to 15 entries for free; you get ne entry for ever $1 spent, encouraging people to spend extra money in hopes of winning with more entries. To my knowledge their shan't be a chance difference between free and paid entries.

      Ordered four items - Ridge shipped only one. I requested a refund for the three missing products via Ridge's portal form (there is no telephone number) and have not received any signs of Ridge fixing this issue. I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company as it's been greater than 72 hours since initial contact and I have not received any feedback from Ridge.Image uploaded is for the one item I did receive.

      I filed a warranty claim for a defective wallet. On June 5, ******* accepted the warranty and asked for my address and choice of wallet, which I provided. Today, *** is asking for the same original documents that I already provided and Ridge reviewed when approving the warranty.

      I ordered a wallet for my boyfriend for Father's **** I was so excited.I ordered everything and in the end, noticed that the address was not correct. That IS MY fault. I own that. So, I immediately emailed customer service WITHIN MINUTES of noticing the address was wrong. I tried to find a phone number for them, but there was nothing. There is no option for chats, a live person, nothing. I emailed them three times. I got nothing back. Now my wallet has been shipped and I won't get it in time because their customer service is terrible!I'll never buy from them again if they can't even have a customer service number, or respond quickly enough.It has literally been 8 hours since I emailed them for the third time. Don't buy from this company if you think you'll get a response from them.I am truly thinking this is a fake company. User's recommendation: Buy from a different company. ZERO customer service reps.

      I ordered a personalized wallet to stop cracking my debit/credit cards. The ridges website malfunctioned and the only personalization I got what my first initial, it was supposed to be my first and last. Customer support doesn't offer refunds on custom orders but considering the mistake was on their end I feel I should at least get my money back.
