              Case #********. I have filed a warranty claim for 4 Nitto 420S tires (255/55r18) that according to my local ******* tire center; all have belt separation issues. This is obviously very dangerous and can lead to a tire failure, potentially an accident and/or injury. I need to replace these tires and have filed a warranty claim; however, I have repeatedly called their customer service and asked for a claim representative to move forward with my warranty claim but Nitto is totally ghosting me; it has been two weeks and multiple discussions with Nitto customer service but no one from Claims has ever called me to discuss my warranty!

              Bought a set of Nitto tires from a large retailer. 1 year later I felt a vibration in the tires. Took the truck to the retailer. I was told the **rds are failing within the tire. ******, nothing they **uld do as they were bought out, new **mpany. called Nitto to be told I had to have the original retailer send in the claim. How is that the **nsumers fault. The new ** that checked the tires said the claim needed to be made with little wear to the tires. They also told me it was less them 3mm wear on the tires, they looked perfect except for the tire not being true(round). I will post picture soon and **ntinue to state my claim. ****

              ******************** contacted Nitto Tire on 2/19/23 and case ******** was created.  There was communication with the consumer where the process was explained. The handling representative reached out to ******************** on 2/22/23 and left a voicemail requesting the proof of purchase for the tires.  Due to lack of response the case was closed shortly thereafter.

              We will gladly reopen his case and secure the requested information for review.
