I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 brand new and the transmission went out in January 2021, it was replaced with supposedly a new transmission because it was still under warranty, now exactly 2 years later the transmission went out again. My car does not qualify for the Lemon Law due to the age and mileage, but I don't understand how 2 new transmissions can go out within 2 years. Every mechanic that I have spoken with says that that is unheard of and that possibly there is another issue that is burning out the transmission. If that is the issue, I don't understand why the Mitsubishi experts can't see this. I would like to file a complaint against Mitsubishi for all the pain, stress and financial problems this has caused me in the last 2 years. I am still paying for this vehicle and have 10 more payments to go, but I had to purchase another vehicle, because they have had my car for a month now waiting for my extended warranty to ok for them to fix it. When they had my car the first time when the transmission went out in 2021, they had my car for 3 months when it was still under warranty and Mitsubishi wouldn't even pay for me a rental car.Business response

I had a loan with mmca and it was paid off in 2013. Ive been trying to get thier name off the lein so i can get rid of the car and havent recieved any response to certified mail and no one will help on the phone.Business response

I used to have an auto loan with Mitsubishi Motors of America. I paid off my auto loan several years ago and I still have not received my pink slip to my car. A couple months ago, I did contact MMCA to ask them about my pink slip because the *** told me that MMCA had not reported that my car was paid off in full. The representative at MMCA at the time, told me that she was going to take care of it and that I would be receiving my pink slip in a couple of weeks from then. Well I still have not received my pink slip, and my registration states that MMCA is still the lien holder. My car in not functional and I cant do anything without the pink slip PLEASE I NEED TO GET THE PINK SLIP RIGHT AWAY. The *** is charging a lot of money for registration. I have been attempting to get Mitsibushi Motors to send a VTR-266 original, signed release of lien since 3/16/2022. I continue to get no where, cant even talk to the same person when I call again. Not one operator has followed up with me as they have said they would. I need to sell my car went to get a duplicate title, but Texas DMV says there is a 1st lien on it from MMCA. It was paid off in **** or ****. I never received a title or a release of lien from ***************** The car is a **** Mitsibushi Galant, VIN is ***************** the payoff was approximately $17,794.00.Business response

I paid off my car At the end of 2020. Because I had moved-I called before making my last payment to make sure that my title got sent to me at the correct address. I called a few months later because I had not received it and they said it had been sent to my old address on file even though they confirmed that they had my new address on file at that time and were unsure why it got sent to old. They told me to be patient and that it should be forwarded eventually. I called today to let them know I still had not received it and they told me they could send me lean paperwork and that I would have to go to the *** and pay to get a duplicate title. I let the lady know that I was very frustrated that I was having to pay and spend my time when they all had very clearly apologize for the mistake on their end. I would like them to pay for the duplicate title due to the fact that this is their fault, not mine.Business response

My mom ************************** had paid off her car in full but never received the pink slip . Now that my mom has passed Im trying to get the title on the car because it has a lean on it . When I called MMCA they wouldnt give me any information on my mom . I need to get the title on the car and find out why there is a lean on it .Business response
