-Charges Starting Late 2021 roughly -Noted refund amount was $230 from the facility -The storage facility told clients that insurance on their storage units was required and charged $9 per unit for the time I was in the facility. I had 2 units in the facility.-I was notified by the facility that insurance was in fact NOT required and they would be refunding the amount back to clients. This was at the same time as I got a home so I was ending my agreement with the facility. They let me know I should be getting a check in the mail in a few weeks. I waited quite some time with no such check, when I contact them they let me know that they had decided to not pay me the amount due to my cancellation.-They did not respond to my response that this was wrong and if needed I would escalate, in fact this activity is most likely fraudulent. -My Units were C092(9 years) and F011(around 2 years)
