            I want to make a complaint against a man who works at City Toyota located in *********. His name is *************, a middle-aged *** ***. I went to City Toyota today September 3, and I just want to cancel some options service for my car. I came to the finance department, and I didnt see any customer in the Finance Manager *************** office. I came to his office and asked him, I want to cancel some things. The man ************* told me that I needed to wait for him for about ten minutes. I went back to the waiting room and waited for him. After probably ten minutes ago. The man yelled at me, and I came into his office. He told me couldnt help me cancel the service because next week is the LABOR DAY. He said I need to come next week on Tuesday. Well! Actually, today is Saturday, he is still working right now. And, he said he could not work with that. I think he is not respecting me, and he is too lazy. He just doesnt want to work at all. I hope City Toyota can clean up this lousy atmosphere.

            We have reached out to the customer after seeing the review that they left. We apologized for the inconvenience and asked them to come in so that we can assist them in cancelling their warranty. The customer has already come in, and we are processing the cancellation. We have reviewed this feedback internally and plan to make any necessary changes to improve customer service.
