I sincerely apologize for the confusion with your order. We would never expect a customer to pay return shipping for a damaged item. We would be happy to send you a prepaid label to return your item. We can swap it out for a new item that is not defective, or we can issue a refund for your item once we receive it back.

I paid ***** to Manta Brand for a bracelet that they dont want to send because they say that the other was delivered but they dont check if they send the correct item and if not, they should send the bracelet again or returned my money. It was for a gift that I was going to send to *******. They also advertise that they will send you several bands and they tell you when you received one, that thats the amount. I think that people are scammers. I want my bracelet ad soon as posible or I want my money back!
