              Capistrano Pools was paid in full, but never completed my swimming pool/spa. The heater vent and the dimmers for the lights were never installed. I have repeatedly phoned and texted Capistrano Pools over a period of over two years to find out when the work would be completed. They say they are coming, but never show up. I was very unhappy with job and would never recommend using them. I had to hire an outside pool contractor to finish the job.
