Contacted Elite MD in October of 2022, I purchased a Christmas package around the amount of $2K. I was scheduled to meet with *********** for a Blepoplasty non-surgical procedure, with ******************* who would approve the Blepoplasty... the staff first said *********** and Dr *** *****'s husband would be in attendance during the procedure, then later I was told it would be *********** and some other person. They also said *********** would do the consultation, then they said "*********** is not in someone else will do the consultation"With all the back and forth with consultation I decided I did not want the mini face life and decided to opt for other services.I now have a balance of over $500.00 that they've had in their bank account accumulating interest - I called in Jan 11, 2023 spoke to ****** who said it would take 4-5 weeks for the refund. I called today Feb 16, 2023 spoke to ****** who once again said Accounting is unavailable and she (******) didn't have the authority to provide me with any additional support. What on earth has she ****** been doing since my call in Jan 11, 2023 when she advised me the refund will take 4-5 weeks ?!?Please help retrieve my money, I believe I should also get the amount due for interest that they have accumulated in their bank account when I should've been the one accumulating it since it IS my money I appreciate your immediate response in this matter,-*******************************Business response

Thank you for your time today. We spoke about ******************************* and her asking for a refund.
The patient has been fully refunded and exited from our practice. Her refund was processed on 2/17 via check and mailed to her home in which I confirmed the address myself with her on the recorded line. The *** notes reflect that we did make several recorded calls to the patient and needed to confirm her mailing address before sending her check. The patient was unresponsive until I talked to her on the phone and immediately responded to her request. Thank you
