Details of my medical situation were discussed with unauthorized individuals,violating HIPAA regulations and compromising my privacy.As if that weren't enough,during a subsequent visit by my sister, ********, I was falsely accused of theft.This defamatory behavior is utterly unacceptable and further adds to the distress caused by this establishment.Obtaining my medical records proved to be a struggle.Initially met with resistance, it took days of persistence and contacting ********, ******************* assistant, before they begrudgingly provided them.*************** himself seems to be absent,with med spas in ******** merely using his license.The lack of transparency and accountability is deeply troubling.This business is run with the disregard of basic ethics,resembling operations seen in third-world countries.
