On 06/22/22 I went into this bank to cash a check issued through their company to me by my landlord because it was the return of my deposit. It had my name on it, and the names of two other people on it. The woman at the front desk told me that I couldn't cash it without everyone being present. Under **************** law, ANY person whose name appears on the check can cash it. She also told me that if we couldn't all be present she would at least need everyone's ids. Which again is a violation of ******** law. They are a financial institution. You would think that they would know the laws regarding such things. I requested a manager be ause she was clearly incompetent. She refused to give me one.Business response

We are writing this letter in response to the complaint that was filed with the BBB on 06/22/2022 complaint ID ********. The complaint was addressed when the client returned to the branch on 6/23/22. The issue was resolved. The client was satisfied with the resolution.
