In 2022 Skin Renewal Center underwent a change in ownership. In December 2022 I discovered they were charging me twice for a monthly membership, two charges of $69 each. I brought this to their attention in Feb 2023 (see email attachment) and asked that they remove my credit card on file and cancel my membership. They assured me it was an error on my end, not theirs, and directed me to contact my credit card company, Chase. ***** confirmed I was getting charged twice for my single membership, so I opened credit card disputes against the duplicate charges. The disputes have not been settled. The staff at Skin Renewal Center has told me the business is going down hill since the new owner. They have been robbing me of $69 each month for 8 months, from Dec - July. I can't get them to stop charging my credit card. They owe me a refund and need to delete my credit card from their system.Business response
