Dear BBB officer,Could you please help get Mindpath Health ***** refund me the overcharged $86.57 asap?In the beginning of this Apr., I found that my family has already reached my medical insurance out of pocket limit, however Mindpath Health ***** still deducted money $83.33 from my HSA account each time when my daughter ************ (****)went to Mindpath Health ***** office for TMS treatment. (**** needed to have TMS treatment for 36 times to relief her depression). So **** and I called Mindpath Health ***** office to ask for refund $566.55 on Apr 3, (I found that Mindpath totally deducted $2916.55 from my HSA account, we only needed to pay Mindpath $2350 because my family has already reached out of pocket limit), but nobody could give us a clear answer about it. The worse thing is , my daughter **** received a bill letter which said she owed Mindpath $2333.73. so she went to Mindpath Health ***** office again to check whats wrong, it turned out that this bill letter was a mistake and **** got ******* phone number, its said ****** could help sort out the refund issue, **** also filled a form to authorize me to work on the refund issue for her because she is having depression and anxiety.***** and I had phone calls several times, it turned out that he needs financial managers help, but financial manager said that she still needed 6 days to resolve it when she called me (In the meantime I was waiting for the money to pay my other medical bills). Even worse thing is, I didnt receive any refund after 6 days! I called Mindpath Health ***** office on May 9. After several emails and phone calls, Mindpath refunded me $479.98 on May 18, but I still dont have a clear answer on why Mindpath doesnt want to refund me the remaining $86.57.Could you please help me resolve this refund issue asap? Its so unprofessional that Mindpath Health ***** did this to a patient who has depression and anxiety. Thank you very much in advance !*****************
