Receipt/ Order Number ****** On 4/2/2024 @ 3:27PM, I Want To Leave Some Feedback About A Rude Circle K Employee. A Young ***** Woman Was Standing Behind The Counter, I Went To Check Out And She Replied In A Rude And Disrespectful Tone "I'm Closed, You Don't See The Sign There?"No I Didn't See The Sign There, Just Like I Didn't See *******Worker A. ****, Sitting Behind The Counter On A Crate Playing On His Phone. This Young ***** Woman Was The Only Person I Could Visibly See Standing Behind The Counter, So Naturally I Went Over To Her To Ring Up My Items. This Young ***** Woman Was Standing Near The Register Clock Watching So That She Could Go Home. She Should've Been Somewhere In The Back, Not Up By The Register Giving The Illusion That She Is Actually Working, Ready And Willing To Assist Customers. She Needs To Learn How To Talk To Customers With Some Respect And Not Play Mind Games With People Standing By The Register, Just So She Could Reject People, By Turning Them Away Or Trying To Make Them Feel Stupid Because They Didn't See The Sign. Why Don't You Go In The Back To Clock Watch, Since You're Ready To Go Home So Bad.Initial Complaint

Today 01/27/23 @10:50am I went to a circle k located at ******************************* in ***************. They sale KRISPY Krunchy chicken and currently have a deal for a 3pc Dark for $6. The cashier and manager refused to sale me the chicken at the advertised price because I requested 2 Legs and 1 thigh. Even though the advertisement poster stated in fine print Dark meat pertains to ************* they insisted I had to take 2 thighs and 1 leg. When that was not specified and I was still requesting dark meat.Initial Complaint

Date and Time(to the best of my knowledge) of occurrence-November 9, 2022 approx. 4:00-5:00pm Occurrence was brought to attendant on duty and camera Occurrence was reported and shown damage same date and time. Attendant was remorseful even though it was not her job to keep the door safe to enter. On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, I stopped by this store to fill my tank up and get snacks for the road trip (me and my family just got back from vacation). I filled my tank up and went inside and got Icee and 3 white chocolate M&M's and 3 brownie snickers. They were on sale so I bought 3 of each. ( I have 3 kids) So we get an hour or 2 away from our hotel and I have to pull over because my kids are all having to throw up. It had to be the candy. I have some of it left and I opened it up for myself to see what was wrong with it and the M&M are melted and stuck to the bag and Snicker Brownies were white. (Chocolate is considered old and expired if it is white). This store knows the Candy is bad and still trying to make money off it by selling it for ****. I would like the manager and the owner to have to eat 1 of each of the items I bought. There has to be some kind of law to where you shouldn't be allowed to sell stuff that is old and expired. Or at least put a sign up that says buy it at your own risk!!! Health *******!!Initial Complaint

I walked into Circle K in ********* **, these two workers yelled at me and said I was banned. I literally go in there get my polar pops and leave. I spend probably $100 there in each month. I called there to get the corporates number and the girl was very rude to me. One of the workers that told me I was banned takes his dog there knowing it has bit people.Initial Complaint

Purchased ***** on May 15 2022 chips an gas with my debit wisely card an the cashier stated it will return on my card within 2,3 hrs .I had 136 dollars on my card before entering then when leaving i only had 7 .I need refund I only pumped 60 gas an **** chips Spoke to customer service of store they said they'll see but store was indeed suppose to credit it back. There not refunding yet but on May 16 2022 they stated they noticed the double charges. AN I BELIEVE THE MANAGER IS AWARE AN NOT RESPONDING BUT THEY NEED BETTER PROMISES AN ActionInitial Complaint

I woke up around first 3:30 a.m. to realize that I have ran out of cigarettes I am embarrassed to say that I have to have my cigarettes I got up put on my shoes in my jacket got in my car even though this is a time of morning that I would never go outside I pulled up to circle k on Lovers Lane and ***** to turn in to see that I was in the middle of a whole parking lot full of shattered glass there was nothing I can do I got out ask the lady for a pack of Newport 100s and then I explained to her that I realized this is a urban neighborhood but somebody needs to clean up all of the broken glass she said that she could not do it because she was the only one there the guy behind me said yes it is a lot of glass out there if he if she gave him a broom he would clean it up I pulled off for me to get close to home or call and ***** and realize that my truck was wobbling I pulled over my tire was flat I just purchased these tires I do have Geico full coverage and I do have a warranty on my tire but it is for in the morning I pulled my truck over and I walked the rest of the way home very upset I will deal with it in the morningInitial Complaint

On 12/10/2021 I went into the Circle K store located on ******************** in *******, *****. I had a coupon on my phone from the 31 Days of Savings Sweepstakes app. The coupon was for .15 off a gallon of gas.I showed the coupon to the clerk, but the discount was not applied so I was charged **** a gallon which was the regular price for the gasoline.I went into the store again on 12/14/2021 because I had some coupons on my phone for free chips and a bag of pretzel bites.I showed the same clerk my phone and the coupons, but when I attempted to leave the clerk yelled at me and demanded me to pay for the merchandise.I showed her the coupons and that I had redeemed all of the coupons and I didnt owe her any money. As I walked out the clerk yelled at me and told me not to come back.
