      We had our project installed in 2023. The electric company signed off on the project in 11/2023. System was not turned on till 1/2024 and was told they could not remote into the system to turn it on and would have to send someone out which never happened. There is no solar being reported to the electric company. I have called and emailed to just get the run around that is has to be on the electric company end. Oh and to top it off I should have 12 panels on the house and only have 10. Our bill is ******* a month in the summer and guess what its still the same. Not only are we paying the same electric bill we are also paying for the solar on top of it. Worse experience ever.

      My solar panels are not what I thought it would be. Plus the installation was not explained to me nor was the price. They signed my initials. I was told the electric company would pay us for the usage of which I have used and have not received anything. Please check this company out and help me

      From the independent sales rep to the contractors and everyone in between, they were all very professional and helpful. The project went very smoothly and on time, except when the contractors went an extra mile to help me out with some other equipment installation. (The inspector asked us to get a permit for that, which I had to do myself.. and since I had zero idea what to do, it took me a long time to get it through.) This added much delay to getting the inspection done and get the Permission To Operate, but Power and the contractor all were very patient and helpful to the very end. Now my 27(!!) panels are producing so much electricity, I'm not paying a single dime, my battery charges all the way up to 100% every day (even on days I charge my EV with the juice from both the battery and the panels). I'm so glad I went with Powur.

      this company put a construction lien on my home after installing a new roof on my house. I cancelled the project because they attempted to increase the cost of the project three to four times AFTER we had an agreement set in place. I agreed to the cost increase twice before I had enough. Powur is a terrible company who care only about their profits and not the homeowners who they claim they prioritize. Homeowners should not be punished for the incompetence of Powurs employees and their miscalculations of their finances and profit margins. The audacity of this company is impressive to say the least. I will be seeking retribution and complain with everyone about this company's lack of ethics if they do not rectify this.

Our Executive Escalations specialist has thoroughly examined the details of your project cancellation. Following signing your contract, a site survey determined that your roof needed replacing for your solar system installation. In response, we initiated a change order to incorporate the agreed-upon cost of your new roof into your project. Regrettably, there was a mistake in accurately reflecting the additional roof cost, resulting in an incorrect project total. We communicated our mistake and signed a change order with the correct amount. Unfortunately, you held the role of both the project's seller and homeowner and canceled your project on 12/31/23 due to your refusal to meet Powur's minimum margin requirement. However, it's crucial to note that the cancellation occurred after we already replaced your entire roof. In March 2024, we presented you with various payment options for our completed work and have yet to receive a response. Consequently, we found it necessary to place a lien on your property, which will remain until we receive full payment. Respectfully,Powur Customer Success Team

      I think or put it this way I know that Powur is a good company to deal with. They installed 27 panels on my home and did exactly what they said they would do. I am very very satisfied thank you.

      Powurs customer service has a lot to be desired. I have a solar system that is just a year old. The sales department was very efficient but now that I have had intermittent gateway issues, I cannot get the company to quickly resolve the problem. Since 4/29 and before, we were not generating any solar energy. Powur hired True Green, an electrical company out of *******, CA to do the install of the panels and equipment made by Enphase. First, Powurs customer service phone number refers you to their supposed chat site that does not work. Secondly, when I did finally connect with someone by email, that person told me I was going to have to pay them $250 just to work on my case remotely. They said if they fix it, then theyll reimburse me $50! Thirdly, I refused to pay anything as they insisted that this is how they do things. Then, that same person told me she would be going off to another adventure and would refer my case to someone else. Fourthly, it took yet another couple of weeks until I heard from Autumn who gave me the same song and dance about the $250. I refused to pay. **I want to add that Powur used a sub-contractor that is at least two hours away from my home. That sub was contacted by me with no favorable results at all. ** Fifth, I became so frustrated I called company called GOT ***** which I discovered was a sub for Powur and was 10 minutes from my home. They came out and said the wiring was wrong. We called Enphase, the mfg, and was on the phone with them for over an hour. I had to pay GOT ***** over $640. I asked Powur to reimburse me. They have done nothing but give excuses like I misunderstood True Green in that they stated they were going to come out on 5/20 but they meant 6/20. My husband and I are over 70 years old and we feel this is elder abuse.
