I record my order on 11/12/21 and was immediately disappointed with the quality of the material and fit of the top. I only opened one top to know I didn’t want all three. They were not as described by the company. I tried to start a return and was shocked at the egregious shipping price of $12 (after also being forced to pay for shipping initially). I tried to contact the company via email by sending three separate emails that week. Zero response. I returned the package on my own - paying $5 instead of the nearly triple $12 price. Once I told the company I returned it back on my own I immediately got a response on 11/19 with a claim that my emails were accidentally going to junk. I had also attempted to reach out to the company on their verified Instagram account three times with zero response. On 11/23 the company emailed and said they’d make an exception to waive the handling fees and every email since they have pretended that wasn’t promised. I shipped the items back - in all original packaging on 11/19 - nearly one month ago and have not received notice of them processing my return or refunding me. The company said it would be processed in 10 days. It’s been nearly 30. The company is unresponsive and is now lying to claim they have not received the package. Upon further look into this company, I’ve found many similar complaints online.
