Grossly overpriced for service rendered. Failure to disclose necessity of services. Failure to disclose price for services. Collected a $1,000 deposit before assessment of the pet.Review from Adelina A.

The experience i have had with this place and the Manager Emma I have never experienced a less professional mentality to customer service than my interaction with that woman. As people offering an extremely important service, caring for people's beloved furry family members, they cannot seem to grasp how to empathize with people in their deepest time of need. There are many reviews on their Yelp page specifically about this woman. This place cares more about draining as much money as possible from their customers rather than actually caring about the animals. They diagnosed my dog with Congestive Heart Failure back in July of this year but refused to refill his prescription without running more test that cost a lot of money that unfortunately i cannot afford, I am an Active Duty single mom. Sadly my dog's health declined and led to me having to put my baby boy to sleep. Going through a very emotional time they sent me an invoice for money they said I owed when I had already paid for all services given to him that day upfront so they would provide care. I tried resolving this clerical error with the manager Emma and i explained i had my statements for billings well as my receipt from that day. However she proceeded to yell at me and tell me "No you have an estimate not a receipt" over and over again instead of listening she continued arguing with me, laughed at me, and threatened to send everything to collections. After I realized the conversation was going nowhere and I was becoming extremely upset I requested to speak to someone in charge of her and she refused me this right and insisted she didn't have a boss or anyone above her. I had to get a third party involved to assist me with resolving this situation because of the emotional state I had been in
